I am from the days where you used a clothes iron to straighten your hair, so let me tell you that this is the best bang for your buck! Iâm able to put the temperature at a lower setting than my prior one (diff brand). Thereâs NO hair pulling, straightened with ease, and made my hair feel so smooth!*I did have to do an exchange as my first one was broke – digital display sections missing & temperature control buttons didnât work. They quickly sent me a new one before I even had time to return the first one. New one is perf!

This is a great item. I use it every other day with some heat protectant applied to my hair. It heats up fast, has adjustable heat setting and I love the lock closure feature. I keep it locked up for when animals and kids are in the area. Feels like a great safety feature I should’ve had years ago. Love this item.
