Best way to use it is when it’s still a bit warm to the touch and pull it. That way it won’t break in small sections like other reviews I’ve read. If u wait till it is completely cold then it won’t work as good.

Tried this out and the product worked fine. When applying the wax it was just the right warmth, no burns, and easy to apply. The wax does not pull all the hairs out that much so need to reapply to clean it all out. all in all good product.

COULD’VE BURNED HOUSE DOWN!
I’ve had this wax pot for a year – I use it maybe once a month and it’s never gave me issues. Today I plugged it in and went back to check on it like usually and this is what I had! A bathroom filling with smoke and a pot WAY TOO HOT! It never cut off like it usually had when it regulated temp. It just kept getting hotter! Be aware of this brand – it should NEVER malfunction like this, no matter the age! Again, had less than 15 uses!
