Love it! The order included two hard wax packets, a bag of popsicle sticks, a bag of plastic nose hair puller thingies, and paper covers for the wax. The covers are a game-changer! They prevent wax from getting all over your sink or floors and keep the unit looking brand new. I highly recommend this and the hard wax beads. I have sensitive skin, you can adjust the temperature as needed. I find the hard wax pellets way better for my skin & you can pour only what you need for each session, unlike using the same giant tub of wax until it ends. Thatâs probably not hygienic, lol!

The wax beads smell good, are non-irritating, and melt nicely. The wax warmer is a bit big, about the diameter of a salad plate. But it works amazingly. Even at 160 degrees, the wax was not too hot to clean up my ears (yeah, I am getting older, and those daddy hairs are coming out). VERY happy with my purchase.

I give it 4 stars because the base has no weight to it. It can very easily be knocked off the counter/table or tipped over.It does heat the wax beads in a timely manner and itâs quick to cool when you turn it off. It would be much better if it had grippy feet and/or some weight to it.

Decent warmer but horrible wax
The warmer works good and the silicone insert makes cleannup easy. The warmer does take a while to heat up and the sides heat more than the bottom.The wax is absolute garbage. They crack apart and do not peal away in one strip. The wax melts all smell worse than a budget car air feeshners.

I bought this because I wanted to stop using razors and creams to curb dark armpits. Despite the fact that waxing is painful, Iâve never gone back to using razors. Beads and machine works great. Just follow the instructions and youâd be fine.
