Bad quality
This came on time and was well packaged. They give you all the supplies you would need which was nice. The instructions were not detailed or tell how long to warm up the wax. It did show how to roll the wax so that was easy. I used and it worked for a while, then the roller part of the wax broke off. The wax spilled and the rest of the container got stuck in the warmer. It did work very well before it broke but then it was useless. It is a good beginner kit but needs to be better quality.

This Product Does Not Work At All…. I Followed The Instructions And When I Used It, It Barely Took Any Hair Off I Tried My Armpits First And Then My Legs I Ended Blistering My Armpits Trying To Use This Product I Do Not Recommend This To Anyone. Good Product. Wish the roller worked better
Contents: wax warmer/roller, 2 wax cartridges, pre & post wax treatments, 80 strips. Everything you need for at-home depilatory.First things first, insert the cartridge and plug in the warmer. It took over an hour to melt the wax for me, even though the instructions say 20-30 minutes. I first tried around 40 minutes of melting time but the wax wasn’t rolling well, and it was pooling at the corner of the roller in a glob. So I left it to melt longer, and it rolled slightly easier.The roller did pull at my hairs as I was gliding the wax on my skin, but once the strip was applied and yanked off, the results were excellent. Removed all the hair and the wax, leaving only a stripe of wax, which I overlapped on my next pass.I do recommend this product because it does rip the hairs out at the root. Allow the melt time to be longer for better results. I just wish the roller worked better.

Bumps & irritation
Really wanted to give it a try but this is the second time i used it and these bumps and irritation happens. Very disappointed!

My Teenager Was Wrong, This isn’t Easy to Use
My daughter talked me into getting this. It is a great concept but just didn’t work well for us. First off the wax took way longer than expected to melt. It came out in a thin layer but you had to really press down to get it going. It didn’t remove alot of hair at once which means that you have to do the same area over and over again and the first time wasn’t that pleasant. My teenager also agrees that it’s not great. Hopefully the company can do a little more tweaking of this product.
