Havenât used it in the shower, but it would be less messy at first for a new inexperienced user. 🙂 just be sure to keep your mouth closed while the power is on, when your mout fills up quickly turn it off spit, repeat. If you take it in the shower make sure the charging port is covered by the silicone port cover, included in the box and attached to unit. I do have to fill the water reservoir four times because I clean by quadrant, I use warm water because I have sensitive teeth. This thing cleans so well it gets rid of trapped meat and debris like popcorn husks that are hard to get out, with just flossing. It is an extra step before bed but after a while you get used to it, just like brushing your teeth. I travel with this often and itâs easy to travel with, water flow is strong, kinda noisy but its close to my ears so, itâs probably not that loud. size is great and easy to store next to toothbrush. build quality is sufficient.

Was hesitant at first having jets of water being used to flush out hidden food in the teeth crevices. However, flossing with string or other interdontal brushes was not an option for me so decided to try it out! I must admit that it changed my dental hygiene routine. Takes a couple of sessions to get used to using this flossing device but once you are past the learning curve it is really so good and effective! I use it at least twice a day now! Worth the buy and build quality is excellent. Having two speeds is really good too, start with the first level and then after a few days/weeks move to the higher speed setting if you like. Highly recommend getting one!
