The floss really does work. Teeth feel clean. The tongue scraper is good. It took about a week to really see the difference in decreasing my coffee and tea stains. Be careful with the on switch being in an awkward position. It is easy to hit it and forceful water going wherever the probe is pointing practice holding it before using so you donât do crazy stuff I did. I would definitely recommend this product.

Let the buyer beware
Purchased 6/23, that item lasted ~10 months. When it died, I tried to obtain replacement under warranty. First warning: NO way to contact company! I reached Amazon after multiple steps of effort- THEY could not find contact information for company (second warning).So, Amazon replaced the item themselves because of the warranty.Replacement unit died ~7 months later. I’m now out of luck, as the original warranty has expired.Like a good Boy Scout, I followed the very tiny diagram to remove the lithium ion battery from dead unit, for recycling.It took 15 minutes of removing multiple tiny screws with a screwdriver meant for eyeglass frames.When I reached the battery, it was wet! And corroded…Mind you, I never once immersed this unit, nor did I put it in dishwasher or take it into the shower.That failure of water tightness is apparently why the WATER flosser died so soon.I cannot recommend this unit to anybody.

New way of flossing
Yes, I can say I’m not one to remember to floss after I brush, however…. since I’ve purchased this OMG! It is a game changer. I use this before I brush my teeth and my teeth feel cleaner. Being cordless helps when it’s on full Blast and I can multitask when getting ready. It came full charge, but I charged it up to be on the safe side. The battery life does last a good amount of time. This is a must have for those who forget to floss.1000/10

great until it malfunctioned
this unit is a great substitute for flossing . I keep it in the shower and used it daily. my breaths never smelt better for longer . only issues was the 2nd time I charged it.it malfunctioned. as soon as I removed it from the charger it turned on and would not turn off. I had to break it in to piece to shut it off . I can tell you it’s a solid made unit . i bought a replacement. battery did last a long time until that it ran for like 2 hours at least
