just sharing my personal experience, hope this helps!
Iâve been using this product every other day for 16 weeks now. (Last two pics are 16th week results) sorry I donât have week 1 pics but even by week 4 there were significant results! My dark spots on my cheeks are very little Joe and that was the main goal.My process: every other day (at night for me) apply liberal amount to areas with dark spots , leave for 2-5 min, scrub/exfoliate entire face paying close attention to dark spot areas & then rinse.This has helped with dark spots! My regular skin care routine is first the cera ve Salicylic acid cleanser and then the turmeric scrub or the st Ives blackhead scrub (I alternate them each day). I then use the thayers blemish clearing toner and finish with the peach slices Snail Rescue all-in-one deep moisture cream. (This is my night routine).For the morning I do the cera ve benzoyl peroxide foaming cream for a cleanser and then use the thayers toner with a vitamin c day cream.Disclaimer: this is what has worked from me, from my aunts advise who has seen a dermatologist since she was very young! (She uses this scrub and it was her recommendation for me). I am not knowledgeable enough to give further advice

Iâve used this scrub once a week for three weeks now. My routine includes cleansing with turmeric pads in the shower. I follow up the cleansing with this awesome scrub by massaging it in and leaving it on for a couple of minutes. The smell is mild but natural. The texture is like clay with small granules that help slough off dry dead skin. The moment I rinse my face, I can feel the smoothness I havenât had since I was in my 20s. Once my skin dries, my skin glows. I follow it up with serum and a deep moisturizer. I will be buying this scrub again. Great value. Easy to use. Works beautifully.

This particular cosmetic product is produced in China – if that doesnât scare you, it should China has some of the worst, and most horrific quality control measures in the world. Why anyone would put a product like this directly on their skin is beyond me. As a practicing physician, if I learned that one of my patients was using this product, or any product produced by this Chinese company, I would encourage them to dispose of the product or products immediately. Itâs simply is not worth your health to purchase cosmetics from China because remember and a word to the wise, chemicals in cosmetics may be seen only on the skin, but are extremely , easily absorbed through the skin layers into systemic circulation. I also highly suspect that this product is tainted with heavy metals, such as arsenic and lead. If you do buy it, you might try it as a rust remover. If you do so, please wear protective gloves , as you try to remove the rust using this product. Thereâs simply only one word for this â yuck. Actually thereâs a second word for it â dangerous!
