I LOVE THIS FLAT IRON. IT GOT THE JOB DONE WITH USING ONE PASS AND EVEN HEAT. GLIDES SMOOTHLY THROUGH MY HAIR. I RECOMMEND IT IM NOT EASILY IMPRESSED BUT I LOVE IT. I CAN GO UP A LITTLE ON HEAT BUT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME USING THIS. AND IT COMES WITH A FREE WARRANTY DONT WALK RUN AND GET THIS. LEAVES MY HAIR STRAIGHT AND SHINES THE SIZE IS AWESOME. WONT POWER UNDER CERTAIN SITUATIONS
I love this Flat Iron .. BUT!!! It did NOT operate on our Carnival Cruise . I thought because of the ship’s voltage, always worked at my home.However, I brought it to the casino hotel locally with me ( In Oklahoma), and it would not heat again. It powers up, and when the temp gets to the temp selected, it act like it was powered. It was cold. Not for sure why this happened here in the US states.I always take a backup … My Cheap Remington has its issues ( one it will only heat to 410, and my hair does not slide on the heat element as it does on the Vanessa ) BUT … that little guy worked on the ship and at the casino. This needs to be addressed by the company.

Great product and seller
Iâve using this as a straightener daily for at least 6 months. It heats up fast, glides very smooth and evenly. I have thin blonde highlighted hair and it does not fry my hair. I had a little issue with the first one and the seller immediately sent me a replacement. They were quick to respond and very courteous! They stand by their product. I enjoy this iron, especially for the price. You wonât be disappointed.
