Not the tastiest butter but still good
While I wouldnât use this on your baked potatoes, this is a great butter for your face/head. Itâs been a go to for a while

Best Shave and Value on the Market
I have had this shave butter on subscribe and save from Amazon for several years now and love it!Prior to a friend introducing me to shave butter, I was like so many others who were using the gels and creams from the popular shave product manufacturers. Once I experienced a shave with shave butter for the first time I was hooked. I then spent a few years trying different products I found on Amazon or the big box retailers until I found this one. Wow, the shave is so close, comfortable, non-irritating for my sensitive skin, and just incredible with this shave butter! And the price can’t be beat for the value of what I feel it is worth. It does have a minor scent that I can barely smell, so that does not bother me.I have recommended this to several buddies, but only just now thought about writing a review on it. Try it, then save a bit more with the subscribe and save!

The best shave butter for the price
My combination of sensitive skin and wiry whiskers leads to lots of nicks and cuts. This is one of the few products that seems to help with that. I’ve tossed all the other creams and butters, and only use this one now.

Top-of-the-line product
Hands-down the best shaving cream I have ever used. It’s been several years since I purchased my first bottle, and I won’t use any other shaving cream. I have to address the negative reviews, because they seem ludicrous to me – I have thick facial hair and sensitive skin, and this has been nothing but highly-effective, non-irritating, and deeply-moisturing. I often opt for a clean shave with this, over a trim with a buzzer, when I want my skin to look really good for a special occassion. It seems to me that most of the negative reviewers haven’t done their homework on how to get a good shave with *any* razor/cream:1. Take a hot shower, or rinse your face with hot water for a couple minutes. This will make your facial hair less brittle and more amenable to the razor. If you just splash on some water on your face and try to shave without any prep, your shave is going to be less pleasant, because all of your hair is at maximum-level brittle.2. Apply warm water to your face, then add the shaving cream. You should use a double-edged, single-blade razor (Van Der Hagen also makes an excellent one). The typical four-blade razor that most companies sell is completely gratutitous (usually the blades are so low-quality that they need to pile on more so people feel like it works) and actually very very very bad for your skin – think about it, you are taking a super-sharp object and moving it along the most sensitive part of your skin – you want less blades, not more!3. Shave with the grain, not against it. Rinse after 2-3 strokes. Leave the mustache for last, because that is the most brittle type of hair, and you want the shaving cream to soak, soften, and moisturize those hairs.4. Avoid aftershave. It serves zero purpose, and the alcohol in it can make your break out. Plus it burns. All drawback, no benefit.Again, it seems like the negative reviewers don’t follow proper shaving protocols, so they break out or have unpleasant shaving experiences. Your facial skin is so sensitive, you have to make sure you are shaving properly. Also, I use more shaving cream than the bottle instructions recommend, but, even with the decent amount that I use, a bottle lasts for months. All in all, this is a top-of-the-line product. Given the market in low-quality multi-blade razors and shaving creams, many of which have weird additives that do nothing beneficial for your skin, this is the product you need. Highly recommend.

Great shave cream for anyone!
I bought this for my husband who started out loving it so much I put it on subscription and started using it myself as well! The only âdownfallâ may be that the lid cracks and breaks very easy but hey at least itâs easy to get to

I’ve tried them all. I like this one best.
I hate to shave. Don’t know anyone who loves it. I’ve tried all the shaving creams and like this one the best. Creates a smooth shave and has a very mild but pleasant scent. Wish they made an after shave balm like this. Recommend.

Great shave cream
I discovered this product while on vacation after leaving my usual cream at home. I had never heard of it before but found I was getting close shaves with no nicks or irritation. Iâve been using it since I got home and after 2weeks of shaves ordered a few more. Great product.

Youâll never use another shave cream
I bought this for my husband and son when their dollar shave butter ran out. This works just as good if not better than the expensive shave butter from DSC. My son is 16 and has super sensitive acne prone skin. He canât use the regular Gillette type shave gel. It irritates his skin. He uses this every single morning and hasnât had any irritation, rash, redness or the like that other store bought gel has caused. My husband has been shaving for the better part of 25 years and swears by this and wonât use anything other than this shave butter. I ordered some for my dad who has been shaving for nearly 40 years. This shave butter is better than anything a man can use on his face. Moisturizing, gentle and a little bit does a long way. Highly recommended.
