As you can see in the photos, my heels were horrible. Very painful and everything I tried just didn’t work. I had tried a different 40% urea “cream” that was like spackle and didn’t get into the cracks, flaked off and did nothing. This is so nice and creamy and easy to put on and great for my cracked finger tips too. This is what I did. I wore this cream with a bit of plastic wrap (to keep the cream from rubbing off) on heels the first night. Soaked my feet the next morning in warm water about 10 minutes and used a food scrub stone after soaking. After that just this cream, morning when dressing and night before bed. Didn’t wear sox at night just massage into whole foot. The one after picture is after 1 week. I’m so glad I’m not in pain when waking now. I will never run out of this and it’s a great price too.

Nice scent wonât keep the skin soft
I used 20% urea products before and after a couple of uses my feet stay soft and hydrated. With this brand even that says 40% urea my feet get dry and calluses start to form again. Now I am living in a city with tropical weather my feet should be a lot less dry specially if Iâm using an urea cream.

I have always had dry, callused feet. Within a few days after a pedicure my calluses start returning and I have tried a lot of stuff to prevent that (vaseline, specialty foot creams) but nothing really worked well. I did some research and saw that creams with urea were recommended. I decided to start with the 20% version as my heels are not to the point of cracking. This stuff works really well! I would say get a pedicure 1st to get your feet in the best condition, then use this stuff every other day to keep the calluses away and your feet feeling soft. If you have extremely dry, cracked skin on your heels you would most likely want to go with the 40% version. I cannot believe how soft my feet feel and it’s been about a month since my last pedicure. Normally by now my feet would be feeling like hard hooves again

Ok so reviewing this. I have dry feet and dry palms, very hard rock feet, that is dry. Everytime i do pedicures, after two days it returns to looking really dry, peeling, and not moisturised. I saw a video on TikTok saying to try urea cream, and i personally decided to try this. Its been two weeks, i use it twice a day after shower. Just on my hands and feet, i donât really care about rubbing it too much, i just rub and put my socks on immediately. For my hands i just rub it in and go about my day. My palms use to have a deep white cracked line, that shows how dry they are, and they become painful, even in between the skin of thump amd index finger, just the hollow that travels down your thumb, that area hurts if i try massage lotion on it, cause its dry. I have seen ALOT of changes using thia cream. I made a last minute decision to write a review and i couldnât take a photo of my feet, but this has been working great for me. My hands and feet are softer, even after i wash them with soap, they feel soft and more moisturised, i am amazed. I told everyone at work about it and i have been feeling confident shaking people. A bit pricey, but i am going to keep buying this every month because i like it. I honestly would recommend a 100%. Use a little amount, not much, apply consistently and take your mind off it, you would be amazed. I only use it once after shower(be it morning or night), the rest of the day i just use a hand cream. It smells ok, mild scent, its not off putting.
