Product Review: Hair Bleaching Powder
I’ve recently used this hair bleaching powder, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed! First off, it delivers excellent, even lift without causing excessive damage to my hair. My natural hair color is quite dark, so achieving a bright blonde has always been challenging, but this product handled it with ease. It lightened my hair evenly without the usual patchiness or brassiness that other bleaches sometimes leave behind. What I loved most was how gentle it felt on my scalp. Bleaching can often lead to irritation, but I experienced no burning or discomfort at all. Additionally, the powder mixed smoothly with the developer, and the consistency was perfect for easy applicationâno clumping or drying out mid-process.Another plus is the minimal odor. Some bleaching products have a strong chemical smell that lingers, but this one had a much more tolerable scent, which made the whole process more pleasant. Finally, the results were fantastic. After just one session, my hair was a clean, light blonde, ready for toning. Overall, I highly recommend this hair bleaching powder for anyone looking for a reliable, gentle, and effective way to lighten their hair.

A staple
I use this for highlighting my hair. I use this with 20 vol Wella developer. I mix the bleach powder with the developer at a 1 to 2 ratio. I just mix it in a plastic container with a plastic spoon.I use forpro embossed foil sheets from Amazon. They are about five dollars for 100 sheets. I also use a rat tail comb and a rat tail coloring brush to apply the bleach. If itâs your first time I would recommend the âellebangsâ baby light turorial on YouTube. I donât do the color melt at the end and I also have to leave the bleach in longer than she does on the video.I have made lots of mistakes so I would recommendâ¦.1. Use very small sections of hair in each foil.2. Make sure you saturate the hair with the bleach.3. Make sure that you donât put too much bleach in the foil close to the roots or it can seep out and make blotches or stripes.4. Check one foil to see if itâs light enough before taking them all out. I have heard âthe color inside a banana peelâ is good. (I have to leave my foils in always longer than I think and I also have to warm them up with the blow dryer to give them a boost. If it hasnât processed all the way you will end up with orangey highlights ð.)I like to use Wella color charm t18 toner (with 10 vol developer) afterwards to give the blonde highlights a cooler tone.If your foils bleed or you make a mistake, you can go to Sally beauty and ask someone there which Wella color charm Demi permanent is closest to your natural color. Then use that to cover any blotches or reverse highlight if you put too much blonde in one area.Doing it yourself is so much cheaper than a salon. I plan to keep using this great product indefinitely.Have fun and good luck!
Always excellent! Smooth and as described! –
Perfect
I lighten my roots at home alone to save money. This is easy to use and I donât use all of the powder to do my roots so I get to save half of it so I get two uses out of one pack leaves my hair leveled up to blonde from Grey And ready to tone with little damage. I will continue to buy this product.

Impressive
I was really impressed with this! You can leave the bleach on for 1 hour, but anyone who’s bleached their hair before knows how much it can damage your hair. I was very hesitant and nervous to leave it in even for 30 minutes! I wish I had left it longer for more color lift because my hair felt incredible afterward! It was so silky smooth when I was rinsing it out. It wasn’t dry or tangled. It felt hydrated and repaired. I’m seriously so impressed. I did use the matching 20 vol. developer from the same brand. I will definitely only use this bleach from here on.
