Lives up to all the hype!
I have over-processed, dry, coarse, thick, naturally wavy hair and have used every sort of straightener from high-end brands costing hundreds to drug store brands and nothing has worked so fast AND so easily as this! It gets super hot and works on the first pass through. It used to take me over an hour to straighten my frizzy hair and now I can do all of it in about 15-20 minutes. I have really bad arthritis in both hands and clamping a straightener tight is hard but this makes it super easy. There is no clamping or holding it shut, just comb through and go. I use a little heat defense in my hair and it turns out soft, shiny and looks the best it ever has! I only wish I tried it sooner and didn’t wait so long.

Best purchase I have made. My hair has a natural wave, not a curl. This allows for very easy and quick straightening. It heats up really fast and I can do my hair in under 5 minutes. I have thick long hair that has a wave/curl here and there and my hair is a frizzy mess when i brush it out (picture cousin IT). It used to take me a long time to flat iron the weird curl out and attempt to tame my mane so that it looked halfway decent. I saw an ad for this product and figured why not, I’ll try it and if it doesn’t work I would return it. I plugged it in as soon as it arrived and was prepared to be disappointed as it seemed way too good to be true. Can I just say… OMG this actually works! Not only did it totally straighten my hair in like less than 10 mins (even the bottom layer that always retained some sort of wave/curl with the flat iron) but it also smoothed out my frizz without frying my hair!!!! I’m totally in love with this product, it so easy to use and heats up fast! This has cut my getting ready routine in half with much better results. Don’t wait but this today!!

Good until you have to clean it
Works great, I liked the concept. Had to throw it away after 3 weeks of use – very difficult to clean after use. If it has any hair stuck while using it smells like burning hair which is also not great

Love the product. Pros…Great value & works well which makes it super fast. Protected so it does not burn the skin & was able to use without glove. Several different temps available.Cons.. buttons are easy to press on the handle & would be great if you could use on damp hair. Would definitely recommend!

Super Easy to Straighten Hair
My boyfriend bought the “REVLON One-Step Volumizer Hair Dryer and Styler” for me for Christmas, unfortunately he accidentally left it on a train in Japan when we were traveling. I really liked it, so I came back to buy another hair straightener and found this one instead. This “TYMO Ionic Hair Straightener Brush” is super easy to use and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s literally just like brushing your hair and it straightens its. I enjoy that it has different heat temperatures and that in the instructions it tells you what heat temperature to use depending on your hair type. I don’t plan on straightener my hair very often because I don’t want to fry it, but if I ever do I know it will be fast and easy. I also bought the “Mielle Mongongo Oil Thermal & Heat Protectant Spray” on amazon to go with it. It’s specifically for gurls who have curls and want to protect their hair when straightening. I also really like that too if your are looking for hair protectant spray.

Works pretty good
Kept seeing ads about it all over my TikTok so I said to heck with it and just bought it off of Amazon to try it out. My hair is thick and naturally curly. Normally I blow dry my hair when itâs about 80% air dried for about an hour and then straighten my hair for about 15 minutes. If I straighten my hair while completely air dried, it takes about an hour or so as well. The only reason why I try to blow dry my hair first so that way it doesnât smell like straightener so much. My plan was getting the TYMO in hopes that it would cut down my âblow dryingâ time as much as possible. It did just that. With my hair fully air dried it took 20 minutes to straighten my hair on 430 degrees. I used my hair straightener an additional 10 minutes just to get more of a sleeker look which would bring a total of 30 minutes tops to straighten my hair vs the 1hr and 15mins. My only complaint would be that I was unaware of the temperature increments going up by 20. I usually style my hair at 420 to reduce any hair damage due to dying my hair and using heat. I had to choose between 410 or 430 to style my hair. Since my hair is naturally curly 410 wasnât going to be enough heat. Besides that, my hair is still soft and smells great. So far happy with my purchase.

I’m a Latina with mid length curly/ frizzy hair which became thin/ dull after covid. Bought this product hoping to straighten my hair quickly before going to work, so it could look better/ healthier (flat iron takes me good 30 min and causes breakage). This takes me 15 min tops, I only need to part my hair in 3 – bottom, mid, and top sections – and the straight style WILL last with till next wash no real touch ups needed. Roots are perfectly straight with no burns, and ends are as good as flat iron (just tilt the brush in an angle for both roots and ends). It makes my hair look like its naturally straight. I’m glad I bought this product 🙂
