AMAZING INGREDIENTS & FANTASTIC HYDRATION/ HUMECTANT!
Omg this allows me to retain moisture in the dry desert! 🏜 Not to mention the antioxidant + anti aging properties of Bakuchiol & Vitamin C. All of the ingredients in this formula have actually have scientific studies & clinical data to back up their claims. I use immediately after washing with damp skin and then add a Moisturizer to lock in these amazing ingredients. The glycerin is much better than Hyaluronic Acid, because it can actually penetrate the skin, rather than the risk of pulling moisture out like HA can. It’s the 500kd rule! Since it can penetrate, it can bring the additional beneficial ingredients deeper into the skin. It’s soothing, and I get RESULTS! I use AM and PM, as this formula plays well with other ingredients. Just let dry if you’re using a Retinoid afterwards, as it can enhance the effects and amplify Retinoid Irritation. So glad this is on Amazon! I’m really loving the Slow Aging Toner by THANK YOU FARMER! This product has quickly become a favorite in my skincare routine. Excellent toner with misleading label
I am not sure why they named it as Bakuchiol toner, since it’s more vitamin B3 (niacinamide) toner rather than retinol / bakuchiol toner considering the concentration. It’s an amazing hybrid toner and let me tell you why.Ingredients:It’s made with 2% niacinamide. Again, ppm is part per million so 10,000 ppm is 1% concentration. Other than solvents, it contains like many – literally many – extracts and skin rejuvenating adenosine, vitamin E (1ppm… so practically negligible) and bakulchiol (0.1 ppm – like one drop in a river.) It’s well formulated and very clean, easily achieve clean beauty product. It used 1,2 hexanediol and hydroxy acetophenone, which are considered generally safe in skincare product. So it’s very clean, and no known harmful ingredients.Texture:This toner has very interesting texture. So it’s somewhere between watery and jelly toner. It has some viscosity but it’s definitely not on the dense side either. So you can use it as a wipe off type toner and also use it as dapping type toner as well. It’s amazingly moisturizing yet of course, if you have dry skin, you will need moisturizer after this.Effectiveness:I use this with toner pad, and it actually enhanced the hydration of my hyaluronic acid serum. It’s not irritating at all, and somehow my skin looks more radiant than the previous toner.Overall:it’s a excellent addition to the skincare routine and now it’s on discount so I will probably stock them a few more!!
