This is the best mascara I’ve EVER used
It has been YEARS that I’ve been looking for a really good mascara. YEARS. I have tried everything from drug store brands to products with informercials and “viral” items. I have read endless online articles reviewing the “best” products and been on Facebook groups with women discussing their favorites. I was looking for a mascara that could make my lashes look longer and fuller, stay on through a work day, but still come off at night. I noticed that a lot of mascaras have the fibers that build “tubes” around your lashes, which I hated because they tend to either fall off or I pull it off during the day because it looks/feels clumpy. I had some that would rub off (usually all over my face). I had others that WOULD NOT come off when you wanted it to. (I wore one of these when I was working on a movie set and even the make up artist could not figure out how to remove it from my lashes.)Cue Tarte. I was at Ulta and recalled the name of this product. Decided to give a “travel size” a try. WOW!!! I could NOT believe this. After a few coats, my lashes look AMAZING. They were long, thick, and did not cause clumping or spidery lashes at ALL. Too good to be true. It lasted my entire work day (I did notice some minimal reduction in the appearance as my day went on, but it looked perfect for at least 5-6 hours.) In the evening, it came off easily with make-up remover wipes.In the shower, it will run and then you will need to use remover wipes or oil to get it off your face. I’m not sure I would call it waterproof for this reason, however, I have not yet tried it in cold water, so it might be waterproof for swimming.After a few days of using my travel size, I decided that this is the one!!! Was happy to find it on online on Amazon for about the same price as Ulta because Ulta requires a special trip. (Amazon to the rescue as always!!!)This mascara should work for anyone, as it is AMAZING! It’s also vegan and cruelty free, as well as paraben free, so it’s a product that you can feel good about wearing. And the mascara packaging it SO cute, in a faux alligator skin wrap. Very unique and fun. This will be my go to for as long as they make it.

Struggling with contact lenses.
I wanted to try the water proof version as I was having a problem with the other one running. The waterproof version is great, I can wear it daily, it stays on well and I don’t need anything with it. However, it must have fibers in the mascara as it’s like gravel in my eyes. My contact lenses are continuous wear ones and after a few days my eyes are just so sore. It’s been many many years since I’ve had a mascara with fibers that affected contact lenses.

The mascara’s original box had been opened and taped shut. It looked like it could have been possiibly used. The mascara seemed rather dried out. For the price I was disappointed.

Stays on well
This mascara stays on well but washes off easily with my face soap. Plus it really makes my long eyelashes look nice.

Wrong information under description
This is ADVERTISED as WATERPROOF mascara. However, the product itself is NOT waterproof. I don’t purchase these items often and my wife ONLY uses WATERPROOF…not exactly thrilled, cuz now I have to buy more. Had I known that the ACTUAL waterproof mascara said SPLASHES, and has an anchor on it ð¤¦ð»ââï¸ Other men that buy their wife’s stuff…pay attention lol
