Witch hazel is great! I was looking for 100% witch hazel and this fit the bill. It can be used as an astringent directly on your skin. It is also antimicrobial. I mix it with a little lavender essential oil, tea tree oil (which has natural antiseptic and anti fungal properties also) and some distilled water to create a spray for my yoga mat. I use this everyday after my practice, between regular mat washings. It keeps everything smelling clean and fresh for the poses where your face is directly on the mat, and it kills the germs too.
