    Have used for years
Love this wax! No strips works really well and easy to use. I’ve been using it for years. Doesn’t hurt your skin and is gentle … if waxing can be gentle

I have used this brand of wax since 2009. The first time I found it was at a Fred’s. It was the only place i could find it! I faithfully used it every 5 weeks and was IN LOVE with this product. Never had a single issue in all these years. In 2021 I bought a few tubs (per usual) and figured I’d try out the new Brazilian type I’d never seen before, too. Since I had always used it for the Brazilian waxing purpose anyway. Well heating it produced what seemed like burnt wax. A whole tub trash. Second tub I followed instructions verbatim. Same result. Trash. Maybe it’s this Brazilian sh. I go heat up the normal kind I always get. Nope. SAME RESULT. TRASH. I have since tried tubs from Sallys Beauty with same trash results. I was a LONGTIME surgi wax consumer and supporter (13 years) and Unfortunately a great product went to sh. Waste of money. Funny thing is I recently found some of the older product (which resulted in the inspiration for me to come share my experience with surgi wax products!!!) I heated it up and USED IT!! WORKED AMAZING LIKE OLD TIMES!!They’ve used a new formula or something and it’s trash.

    Acceptable Product
Good product. Gives a clean finish and actually doesn’t hurt half as bad compared to when the esthetician does a wax job

Get it. Shine on you sparkly hairless diamond!
Copying and pasting from my “two-pack” review: Okay you guys, if you’re using it on your secrets, anything will hurt. I didn’t think I was going to have as much trouble as I did, but I’m a total newbie to waxing myself and I’m impressed with this product. I’m convinced practice makes perfect and I’ll be a pro the more I use this. Waxing myself also reminds me why I pay people to hurt me during the hair removal process. Waxed my arm pits, lady secrets, butthawk, facial lip & chin/whisker patch…HUGE fan. Was super sore the next day from all the contorting to get all the cracks and crevices, but it was well worth it! It’s hard wax. You do NOT use Muslim strips. Obey the microwave directions for how long and different times as the level in the jar lowers. I was able to do all of the above with one shorty stick (they proved two), but I would recommend having extra sticks on hand in case you aren’t as OCD as me 😉 It was annoying having to streak my apartment back and forth to the microwave through the 2 hour process (way longer than I was planning on, but again, I’m a newbie…at 35 I didn’t think I’d say that to anything regarding my body again, but here we are world. Take it or leave it hahaha), but again, I bought microwave wax so I chose this life. Get it! I’m going to invest in a warmer for my future waxing extravaganzas. Pretty feckin’ stoked if I say so myself. Pretty sure my partner had no complaints since I was able to get all up in there by my lonesome…though that could be a fun partner project next time…hmmm. Okay! Have fun fellow waxers!

    Damaged product
I’ve tried this product before. The product is good but everything came damaged. You can see on my hands the oil opened and it’s now halfway down

I couldn’t go another day shaving my bikini line so after reading the positive reviews I thought I would give this hot wax a go. So I got a chair and sat next to the microwave put the tub on a plate and left it for one minute thirty seconds as it was heating I put on the supplied oil which helps stop the wax from sticking to the skin, after testing the wax I spread a small amount on and within seconds it was ready to pull off and there’s a slight ‘pain’ but it’s just like taking a sticky plaster off. The whole process is quick and easy and I am now very smooth and won’t have that dreaded itch tomorrow. I can’t believe I’ve left it this long to try as around 8 years ago I started to epilate my legs and for the last 4years I don’t have any leg hair whatsoever, so I imagine if I keep waxing my bikini area the hair will stop growing eventually.

First time I tried this Brand. Microwaveable wax is just my preference since I don’t want to purchase wax strips, wax heater etc. The wax texture is so important to me. I like wax that’s not too thin and sticky because it is hard to remove off from skin and nails. This brand -Surgi Wax is thick which is good for me and slightly sticky and it dries at the right time. Comparing to my Go-To Wax – Nair Pro Kit – Surgi Wax comes with a small bottle of oil where you have to apply it first before putting the wax onto your skin. Whereas the Nair Pro Kit has a small wet towel soaked in oil and you can use it after waxing session. Texture difference, Nair Pro Kit texture is harder when dried whereas Surgi wax is slightly hard and you can still pinch the wax without breaking ONLY on my bikini part. It also smells like a tea and aloe vera. So far this is my second brand favorite – microwaveable wax product in case Nair Pro Kit is not available.

Nice product for private parts. Removes unwanted hair efficiently. Only handle of the bottle is too small to handle. But loved the product.

This is a brilliant on budget wax, easy to use and removes hair gently. Only thing is I didn’t see how to remove it from nails or whatever is left on the skin. All and all think it’s definitely worth the money.
