I can tell you it doesn’t sting or irritate my eye. But I know that antibiotics alone were not helping me. I think I have finally rounded a corner And my eye is getting better. This possibly helped but I just can’t say for sure. It sure didn’t hurt

Falsely advertised like they’re eyebdrops- DONT get it in your eyes
I thought that these were eye drops- to use inside your eyes. I don’t really understand why something that is advertised for a stye/pink eye, and packaged in a container with a DROPPER- would be for ‘external use only’. Meaning it is not meant for inside your eyes, it burned pretty bad too.. even if it is meant for around your eye vs inside it, I feel like it should still be safe in the case that it might get into someone’s eye… or at least not burn so badly.Plus, the bottle was either used/already open, or just didn’t come with any sort of protective seal upon opening it. Either way- that is not safe, if it’s a product meant for the eye area- especially to treat eye infections- there should be some kind of protective seal like plastic wrapping or a tamper evident seal/band… not just to ensure the safety of the product, ensuring it hasn’t been tampered with or contaminated, but also for the confidence of the consumer- to trust that the product isn’t used or previously opened. So whether they resold a tempered with/already opened product, or the product just doesn’t have any sort of protective seal (it wasn’t even hard to twist open) , both possibilities are pretty bad. It also didn’t say anywhere on the bottle not to use it in your eyes, so not only has the bottle been tampered with/ didn’t have any safety seal- but it’s also (either mistakingly, or intentionally..) incorrectly advertising the product as being meant for inside your eyes. Maybe I missed it, and upon closer inspection I saw in the little instructions to put it around your eyes- but it should be stated clearly that it’s only for external use. Regardless of that- the fact that the seal had been tampered with- especially for a product meant for INFECTIONS of the EYES !! The most sensitive parts of our bodies.. and they’re already vulnerable from the infections which the product is meant to treat, that could potentially lead to blindness or other complications of having been contaminated tampered with or used.

Stye serum: effective product, difficult packaging
This product is actually very effective. It really helped ease my Stye symptoms until I could go see a doctor. I continued to use it once my eyes were clear to keep them clean. The only thing is the bottle is so hard to open. The first order I broke the dropper and used foil to cover. (Pictured on the left) I decided to order it again just to see if the next bottle was the same, it was. A visiting relative just happened to have a nut cracker available and that’s how it was opened- and it still wasn’t easy to open! Serum works good just very difficult to open.
