COMFORTABLE: Softdisc is the most comfortable period product on the market. It prevents menstrual odor, irritation, and dryness. Most women cannot feel Softdisc at all once inserted. Softdisc is easy to change, remove and dispose of on the go.
LEAK PREVENTION: Softdisc prevents leaks overnight, during exercise, while swimming, and even during sex during menstruation. Softdisc creates a comfortable seal at the base of the cervix which leaves you worry-free during all of life’s activities.

Honest Review – from a mom who used tampons, cups and discs
Iâve been meaning to review this product since the very first time I used them. I kept forgetting but I realized I needed to make this review a priority- especially to give input for those of you who are on the fence.Let me start – I have a 15yo and a 4yo. I had a tubal ligation done after my last child was born. My periods have been insane since then. You know the bleeding you have after giving birth – honestly thatâs how my periods have been ever since. Prior to having my last child (I was 30 when I had her), my periods had always been light and short. I was super lucky. I had my daughter and my periods have been so heavy ever since. When I say I soak through a super plus tampon in an hour or two on my heaviest days, I mean it. I was not only going through so many tampons, but I was having to wear super absorbent diapers.. I mean pads to catch what leaked because usually 4 out of 7 days that I menstruate, itâs heavy. Not just blood but clots. Itâs horrible. Honestly, I consider getting an IUD not to prevent pregnancy, but possibly to lighten my periods because itâs ridiculous. Anyways, about two years ago I started seeing people recommend menstrual cups. I decided to see what the hype was about. They definitely took some trail and error – and even a trip to the urgent care to have one removed that somehow slid sideways and suctioned sideways that made it impossible for me to remove. But even after that, I still used them regularly because they did make it possible to go more than an hour or two without stressing about leaking. On my heaviest days, I was probably going about 4/5hours without having to remove the cup. I was actually happy with that. But even after over a year of using them, sometimes I still had issues with getting the placement correct. I do have a tilted cervix if that makes a difference. Anyways, several months ago I started seeing info regarding these âmenstrual discsâ that was of course marketed safe and mess free to use during sex. Well Iâm not going to lie, that wasnât the part that intrigued me. The part that made me interested was the fact that it was a flat disc and if it allowed a penis to enter your vagina without issues, I thought maybe I could finally stop using pads and panty liners as back up and use a light tampon instead. There were two brands at the time this brand and another. I went with this brand because it was cheaper and had two more discs included. In my mind I was thinking about how Iâm usually menstruating for 7 days and these say they can work up to 12 hours – so I am thinking these would get me through my heaviest days at least, even if Iâm having to remove way before 12 hours. So I ordered them and they arrived. When I first opened one, I did get a little shocked by the size. I mean Iâve had two kids but the size was intimidating. However, theyâre flexible and when you squeeze it together to insert, itâs not bad at all. There is a time here and there that it may hurt just a tiny bit inserting because the length when squeezed together is quite long but once itâs in, it is so easy to position in place. You just take your finger and push the lip thatâs closest to the front of your vagina until it kind of hooks behind your pelvic bone. Reading the instructions didnât make sense until I actually inserted it and felt my pelvic bone and realized what they were talking about. But it slides right behind there and once itâs there I feel absolutely nothing. It is amazing. And let me say that even on my heaviest day, Iâm probably able to keep it in for about 8-10 hours without leaking. I donât even use a backup tampon like I originally bought these for because itâs not even needed. These have completely changed my life. I am such an active person and am always doing outdoor things, so to be able to go swimming or hiking etc and not have to stress or cancel because of my period is awesome and game changing. I have yet to have sex with one but honestly, I donât think I would unless I just put a new one in. The only issue I have occasionally is if I have one in and I am using the bathroom and push down, once in a while it break the seal and everything inside comes pouring out. So I usually just remove it before going and insert a new one when finished. When you remove it, all you have to do is put your finger on the lip and push down like your using the bathroom and pull it forward and it comes right out. I usually pull mine out with my right hand while holding a wad of toilet paper in my left hand, dump the contents into the toilet once I have it out and then slowly place it on the toilet paper, wrap it and toss in the trash. I know this is a lot of TMI but I wanted to be honest and share my experience. I will never use a tampon again. I will never use a cup again unless I happen to run out of these and am waiting for an order to come in. And honestly I never have to wear pads as back up either. If youâre debating – just do it. You wonât regret it. I also included photos of how much liquid these discs can hold compared to a cup. Itâs triple the amount. That means if your cup is only getting you through 4 hours, this should get you through 12. Again, they seriously changed my life by allowing me that bit of freedom during the week Iâm on my period every month that I never could have before.

Skeptic Turned Big Fanâ¦
I was initially skeptical about trying this product because the thought of âshovingâ or âforcingâ anything up there during my period made me feel faint. I was so used to tampons, which were uncomfortable and honestly painful, no matter how heavy or light my flow. So, I decided to give discs a try. This is my first time trying an alternative period productâI havenât used cups or anything similarâand I was SHOCKED at how easy they were to insert. If you follow the instructions, it should be a smooth experience. It almost felt like free bleeding, in a way. You can feel the blood flow, but it’s contained by the disc. A couple of times, I thought I was leaking, but it was just me feeling the flowâno leaks at all.Removing it the first time was a bit of a struggle. I panicked at first, thinking I wouldnât be able to get it out, but after taking a deep breath and relaxing, it came out without any issues. Thankfully, I didnât have trouble keeping it neat; I simply emptied it into the toilet and rinsed it before disposing of it.TLDR: if you’re thinking about trying a disc, go for it. I was worried Iâd hate it, but Iâm so pleasantly surprised that Iâm considering switching to a reusable one as a replacement for all my other period products.

So Far, So Good â Comfortable and Secure, Even on Heavy Days!
Iâm really impressed with these menstrual soft discs so far! Even on my heavier days, theyâve held up without any leaks. Iâve used a Diva Cup in the past, but I have to say, I like these even more. They seem to create a better seal, which gives me more peace of mind throughout the day. Plus, the fact that I donât have to boil them like a traditional cup is a huge bonus!Key Features:Leak Protection: Even on heavy days, I havenât had any issues with leaks.Comfort: Once itâs in, I forget itâs there â no discomfort or shifting.No-Boil Cleaning: Unlike traditional menstrual cups, thereâs no need to boil these, which makes clean-up so much easier. What I Love:Reliable seal that prevents leaks, even on heavy days.No boiling required â just dispose of it when youâre done.More comfortable fit compared to other menstrual products Iâve used. What I Donât Love:So far, nothing! Theyâve worked exactly as expected. If youâre looking for a menstrual product thatâs low-maintenance, leak-proof, and comfortable, Iâd definitely recommend trying these soft discs. Theyâve been a great upgrade from the Diva Cup for me, and I love not having to worry about boiling or extra cleaning steps. So far, so good!

About three years I suddenly started getting a random âsuper periodâ Meaning a tampon wouldnât even last 30 minutes. I discovered these and they really changed my life.Occasionally they can be a little difficult to remove. But you just have to relax your muscles and be patient. Really the only downside is they are messy upon removal. I donât know if I would want to deal with this in a public bathroom, however these babies have given me the luxury of being able to sleep through the night.

So I’ve been using these for 20 years now, they used to be called instead in the States. I rarely encounter leaks, they’re comfortable, you can have sex with them in. I have tried other cups but struggle to find any that work as well as these, other cups are harder to get out, which is a little scary, these are not difficult and I find them super easy to deal with. With that said, I’ve recommended them to friends and rarely have they worked for them, so it’s about finding the product that works for you, with that said these are amazing if they work for you so worth trying.

Only thing I can wear. To bad itâs so expensive i Sweden ð¤·ð»ââï¸Remember to push it in like a record, not up like a tampon. Weird to think like that the first time but it works. ð Just pushing it in like a record, back to you butt, if you understand what I mean. ð ð
