    I like this curling iron.
    I do wish the barrel was shorter, make it a bit hard to use. They sent a glove to wear when using it. And I see why .. it does get very hot. It’s good that it has 3 heat settings .

    Superior Service-improved their product and sent me another one Really dedicated to service.
    My first review was negative because the tension on this device was so loose that it would not hold and roll hair. I’m very experienced with these devices and the one I got was pure fail. I bought it to try to look cute after my chemo cut. Customer service reached out to me after reacting to my negative review. They actually improved the product, increased the tension on the device and sent me a new one. I have no hair now to test it on because my chemotherapy made me lose all of my hair, but I tested it on a wig and it works perfectly now. I gave a five star review because I’ve never had a company go to so much trouble to review my complaint, improve their product, and send me the improved product for free. This has been a win win.
