My son is mixed and has super dry, low porosity hair. This helps keep his hair moisturized. One of my favorite products so far.See the product in use- first picture is after putting product in right after his bath, second picture is after his hair dried and third is dried without any product. Shea moisture is and has been my go to since my son was little. This product specifically is the best one for my son’s hair. It livens up my son’s curls ð and makes them look like beautiful ringlets rather than a frizzy mess.Side note- I have been super interested in looking at the ingredients and shea moisture ingredients are the most natural of all the products I have for my family with NO harmful additives! Really like how well and how long this leave-in last. I have dry hair and I only have to moisturize my hair once a week depending on the style. I dont have to use a lot. No heavy fragrance and it doesnât weigh my curls down or feel greasy.

I thought I liked it
I thought I liked this cream until I applied it to my granddaughters hair. Her type is different than mine. I am 4c/d and she is probably 4a. It was too heavy for her hair. And I am wondering if itâs the same for my hair? Both looked dull and dry. Both high porosity. It could be the application method. Perhaps if our hair was dripping wet? Overall, I am not sure.

Extreme moisture that lasts
This is the best leave in conditioner I have tried! A little will go a long way. After washing my hair I applied this conditioner, blow dryer it, and put it in cornrows to have under a wig for 2 weeks. When it was time for washing day, my hair was still moisturized. I have medium density hair and usually need to do the loc method to achieve such moisture but it wasnât needed with this moisturizer.I would also like to note I have a sensitive scalp and it does not irritate me at all. Hands down a great product!

Moisturizing & Softening
I love this product, as it does everything it claims to. I moved from California to Michigan, and my hair took a major hit changing climates. This product deeply repaired my hair, smoothed frizz, moisturized, added protein (I can tell because my hair is fine) and brought back my wave. Even with fine hair, using it once or twice a week doesn’t weigh my hair down, however I don’t leave the product in. I do rinse it out like a conditioner, otherwise it would be too heavy. Over all great deal for the price and product.

O.M.G! Yâall please buy this!! I cannot believe how good this stuff is!!!! I have NEVER worn a twist out the entire 7 years that Iâve been natural but thanks to this product, I have finally started to!!!
