Did the job
I accidentally oversaturated my hair while dyeing it and it looked like the middle picture. Now my hair is actually a lighter ginger than the box shows it’s supposed to be. Which I’m happy with. It did great at stripping off the extra layers of dye. I think it may have stripped off most of the dye I had in my hair in general tbh but I would use it again. It got my hair to the color I wanted it to be, and it did so fairly evenly.

Removes color well enough
I have about 50/50 gray and dark brown hair. I wasn’t giving the gray a chance to come in, and my hair dye of choice was a dk. blue I have liked for a long time. As my hair gets grayer, itâs harder to keep up with it so I bought this color remover to see how much gray Iâm dealing with and decide if I just want to go gray.Even though it left my dyed hair kind of a cinnamon brown (didnât remove all the pigment after three sets of processing), I still give it 4 stars bc itâs way more subtle now after having to get through many dye deposits on my hair, and can be toned to blend in with the gray as it comes in- the reason 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the instructions include a toning process to remove brass that the item listing doesnât tell us about- which means more product to be purchased and an extra step. I have ended up buying a toning shampoo and hair masque to see if that works bc it does need some cooling color toning.So if you buy this, be willing to put your hair through at least two processes to lift away really dark deposits. If your hair is dyed very dark it definitely lifts it away. My hair is the lightest itâs been in years and transitions more calmly with my gray hair.Those horrified by the smell need to chill the f*** out. Itâs mildly unpleasant at worst.

This product works.
I have been coloring my hair red for about a year. I wanted to remove as much pigment as possible and move forward. This product is very effective. I mixed the two bottles and saturated my hair with all of the product in both bottles (mixing them in a bowl with a brush and wearing gloves). I let it process for 20min. I then washed it out and shampooed/conditioned my hair (I applied it to dry hair). It didnât remove all of the red but it took my hair down to a pigment that I like. I know you can reapply if you arenât happy with the results. I feel I now have my natural light brown hair color with a very subtle red to it. Iâm happy with my naturally looking auburn color and would have just used another set of the product if I werenât. My hair feels healthy. The product doesnât smell very wonderful but it definitely works and doesnât damage your hair at all. I will use again at some point in the future and I definitely recommend it.

It works!
Not a miracle worker, but I’d dyed my hair dark brown (from its previous dyed dark blonde state) and it turned black. Used this stuff (half of each bottle for 25min under a bag in my head) and the 10v : water mixture, and I’m lighter by 1 or 2 shades, I’d estimate. I’m happy with the results.

Removes some color
I normally use Natural Instincts (a semi-permanent dye) dark brown to color my hair. I want to go to my natural color that I think is 80% white and 20% dark brown. I used it twice and now I am at a light brown with natural roots. It did make lots of the colored part lighter. But not completely back to natural color. The mixture smells terrible but was easy to apply. I used about 1/3 of each bottle to mix together each time I used the solution. My hair is short so the amount was enough to cover all my hair. I used Dawn dish soap for the first shampoo to get the solution out. Then I used my normal shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels good and not dry or damaged. I will try it again after a week to let hair rest. Maybe it will remove more of the dyed hair color.

I followed the instructions on the box. I didn’t use a lot of it, because I just wanted to get rid of the purple in my hair. I had my hair bleached over the last four months and I kept it blond. I used a purple colour depositing conditioner and it made my hair metallic blue with purple streaks plus silver. I tried to dye it over with brown but instead I got an ugly purple/silver colour. It was awful. I think I should have used this before I dyed it brown. Of course, I did this in reverse. I didn’t let it in my hair as long as the instructions said to. Instead it worked instantly. I thought I’ll lose all of my colours and it’ll turn white. I washed my hair with clarifying shampoo and regular shampoo. Used conditioner to help with my already damaged hair from my colour dyeing and bleaching. This is the end result, I got a nice light ash blond. It’s perfect. I didn’t put any of this product on my roots, so it looks more natural. It helped me get an all over shade of colour and it looks professionally done. I recommend this product, but please use with caution. It worked fast for me and I don’t know if it would have damage the hair if left longer. Keep an eye on it and you’ll figure it out when you need to wash it out.

Me ha encantado, llevaba años intentando sacar el tinte negro de mi cabello y con este producto pude hacerlo, no se ha aclaro del todo pero ha arrastrado bastante el tiente negro.Tengo el pelo afro y tenÃa miedo de usarlo, me ha dejado el pelo suave y con un color espectacular.El olor no es tan fuerte por lo menos para mi.Volveré a usarlo dentro de unos dÃas pero también utilizaré la crema de 10 volúmenes de salerm para ver si asà quito del todo el tinte negro.Recomendado al 100%%Muchas gracias!!
