The tweezers had nothing holding them in place. They were able to freely slide around within the container box.The plastic protective covering for the tips had been pierced, allowing the tips to blunt by smashing into the container repeatedly.

I have been using the Rubis Pointer tweezers for years and the pointedness of the tweezer can get almost any impossible hair. I dropped another one again, and, once you drop it, it is done. It will get bent at the tip. You can always send it back for free repair as long as you have the original package that it came in. You have to be be careful not to drop them.Great product!!
