First Impression is good
I purchased this shampoo and conditioner because I had gotten Covid in late July and my hair started falling out in September and is still continuing to shed heavily. I also lost about 25lbs in 6 months, my doctor said I for sure can have hair loss that starts about / months after COVID. Anyways, I’m 57 and my hair has significantly gotten thinner over the last 4 years. Covid infections, life, age??This shampoo smells very good and not strong (coconut and vanilla), but I can’t believe how little you need to use of the shampoo. For being sulfate free it lathers like no other shampoo I’ve ever tried. Also the conditioner goes a long way as well. I love how my hair feels afterwards. It’s not weighed down, it’s super soft though. It’s too early to report on any hair regrowth or reduced shedding but I will comment in a few months.

Does it actually work??
I’m experiencing thinning and loss due toPerimenopause and I was struggling to find something that I was sure wouldn’t make it worse .. since minodoxil reports to do that. I normally don’t wash but once a week but decided to increase to maybe helpRoutine along. I don’t know, many report no shedding in the shower yet I’ve noticed a good amount. I’ve been using it every couple days for almost a month. . It sure if it’s more but definitely not less than before. It does “seem” to have a bit more volume in the crown and sides where I noticed but not sure if it’s thickening the strand or what… no sprouts yet tho. Maybe too soon to tell. It’s a bit dry after wash .. it feels silky in the shower and then kinda dries out. What I do notice most tho is that it doesn’t wash my color out. By now I’d sure have had to touch up the roots. So that’s a plus I think.

Made hair fall out more
Well I tried this shampoo and conditioner from August 26th thru October 10 and I had to clean my shower drain out THREE TIMES during this period of using this product. I gave it the most time I could. It simply made my hair fall out worse. I wrote the company and they said the can’t do anything because I bought it on Amazon. I am leaving an honest review. The smell of the coconut was nice. The size of the product was shocking for the price BUT I thought if it was rated well and if it works , then it’s worth it. It didn’t work and my hair fell out at a very rapid pace. The company told me that there is nothing in the shampoo or conditioner. That would make my hair fall out. I wrote them back and said there is nothing in the shampoo and conditioner to make my hair stop falling out either AND that IS what it’s for. They told me they were sorry but if I wanted to return what I bought then I would have to go through Amazon and since I was Trying to give it a fair shot it’s more than thirty days and I can NOT get a refund either. How are you supposed to try a product that takes time to work BUT you only have thirty days I have no clue. I now see that a LOT of people had the same issue as myself YET the company denied that this was even possible stating hormones changes, stress, covid, exercise or diet could be the issue… which by the way NONE of those things have changed so I know the are full of bs! That being said I hope other women don’t have the same issue as me.
