It heats up quickly, has many heat settings, and has an automatic rotating button that wraps your hair around the shaft in either direction. Although it’s a cool feature, I don’t think the auto-rotating button saves time, and it sounds like a motor running low on energy, even though it works just fine. I think it’s just as easy to wrap your hair around the shaft in the same amount of time. Also, these buttons are right next to the clip, so it feels a little cumbersome to use them and remember which way they are supposed to turn. But I’m used to using a curling wand, where I can quickly wrap my hair and hold it around the wand, so this is just a different experience that will take some getting used to.The barrel of this curling iron gives you a medium-diameter curl, which adds volume and body to your hair. I like the size of the curls and think you can do a variety of styles with this curling iron, depending on how tight you want the curls and how much hair you section off for each one.Overall, I recommend this curling iron. It heats up quickly, has multiple heat settings, and gives you a decent-sized curl that you can style in many ways. I think this curling iron may be a little advanced for younger people as a first curling iron and may take some practice if you’re not used to curling your hair, as the auto-rotating feature and may burn it if not careful since the hair is clipped onto the shaft and may become tangled.

This curling iron does exactly what it says it will! I love that it had the feature where the barrel actually rotates and makes the hair curling process a lot easier! I love there are several settings you could change the curlers too. This curler is larger than I expected, but that isn’t a dealbreaker because it is very efficient! This is an amazing curling iron.

I’m sure the reason I have issues with this is user error of some kind. I just keep managing to burn myself with this. I have given four stars as the benefit of the doubt that it’s just a me issue and not the iron.

J’ai hésité avant de me décider pour celui-ci, plus couteux…Mon cheveux est épais, coloré, mi-court. (une bonne crinière). À ce jour, après quelques utilisations, je suis agréablement surprise. Il glisse bien et rend assez bien le travail. J’utilise le niveau faible pour la chaleur afin de me familiariser davantage avec les techniques… J’ai pris un certain temps pour réussir à faire fonctionner les modes additionnels de niveaux de chaleur. (+ et -). Peut-être que j’étais trop rapide sur les touches !?! Ça semble mieux aller maintenant… À suivre.Je dois absolument utiliser un lisseur-traiteur sur mes cheveux humides (surtout sur mes pointes plus rebelles) et ce afin d’améliorer la finition avec le fer. Sans un produit au préalable, le fer ne rend pas mes pointes dociles.Dans l’ensemble ce fer fait une différence. Je suis satisfaite.
