No heat just days after the return window closed!
I pride myself in taking care of my small appliances. I liked the “Twirl” factor that gave me “beachy curls” (kinda cute on an old lady if you do it right), but it’s a Dud. In the beginning I thought that the temperature read-out was a little bit faint, but I was willing to tolerate that for the advantage of the spinning wand, which saved my arthritic hands and thumbs the extra work. Bad decision! Just days after the purchase return window closed, the wand just stopped conducting heat. It worked in the morning but later in the day it refused to heat at all. I tried various heat settings, and several outlets in multiple rooms, and the result was always “Cold to the Touch”. I would not recommend this product to anyone, despite the handy features. It wasn’t cheap, and it certainly was a waste of hard-earned cash!

Lost heat after 2 uses!!
Went to use this product for a third time. It had completely lost the heat by the time I got halfway through my hair. I can hold my finger to the barrel and it’s barely warmer than room temperature while set to 410 fahrenheit

I like how easily it is to curl my long hair. The rotating iron makes it earlier on my wrist. It heats up quickly. It comes with gloves and clips to hold the hair while curling. It does take a little bit of getting used to as to which way to rotate the iron but the learning curve is very short. Overall this is a good price for a quality item that will be used once a week.

I finally got the curling iron and I love it, it is very easy to use and very practical. It gives me the style I want. The curl lasts at least 2 days without needing to use hair spray. Anyway, the curling iron is of very good quality and I really love it. It also comes with a protective glove for the hands and 2 hair clips.

Worked 1 time, now it does not get hot
Can’t return this because it’s past the window, I used this 1x and it was amazing! I have used it 3 more times and it does not get hot AT ALL, I have left it on for an hour at the highest temperature and it is still cold. So mad I can’t return this now.

NICE PRODUCT, DIFFICULT TO MANUEVER
It’s a nice curling iron, but it’s not for shorter hair–it works best on longer hair. It heats up quickly, and DO use the glove it comes with as it seems easier to suffer a burn with this particular model (I did on my outer hand). I didn’t have the greatest of luck with it, but I have shorter hair so that DOES make a difference.
