Product works but takes a lot of patience
The product does work but it takes a long time to get a full strip and for the warmer to heat up. It takes over 30 minutes to heat up, sometimes up to an hour! I thought it would ease time from going to get wax done but it took longer and it was not worth it

I enjoy the roll on Waxer but the wax that came with it was hard to remove the cap. It was so hard, I broke the cap. Needed to order more wax rollers because the cap broke while trying to open. Still using the wax but have to use a wax stick.
