I love ROC products! I would give it 5 stars but itâs really thin and liquidy. Not sure why but? It is smooth and doesnât feel heavy on, with or without makeup over. I live in the desert and it seems to block my face from burning in this heat.

I like how theres no smell. It absorbs very well. It feels like a nice consistency. But unfortunately it doesn’t hydrate my skin enough. I look in the mirror and I see dry patches around my nose and cheeks. I reapply and still dry patches appear after a few hours. I wanted to like it so much.
