Great for fine, thin, curly hair
This review is from account holders wife.I love this hair straightener. I love the various temps. It is thin and I like the color and design but mostly the way it starightens my hair. I have baby fine but curly hair. Sometimes straighteners will leave my hair frizzy but this one with one smooth slide through my hair makes it go from curly to smooth straight and shiny. I am a huge fan of Remington products. I have bought high end hair tools that have set me back 100-300$ but this was to replace my old remingtom hair straightener that I always go back to but it’s like 7 years old and it still worked was just ready for a new one. Glad I stuck with Remington – it’s just like my old one but better. Can’t believe how great this works and don’t have to keep running it over and over – just once over and done and no friiz or fly aways.

Yes it curls
My old one was snagging my hair so went on the hunt for new one. I wanted one that would curl. And not snag my hair! After reviews got this one and I love. Very smooth and best of all it doesn’t burn your hands or fingers. Curls great. Heats up fast and multiple settings are great. I had to take away a star because of where they put the setting buttons. When using it I kept hitting the buttons and increase the temperature without knowing it but it beeps when temp goes up (or down) so you know when you’ve done it so that’s good. After several uses I learned how to hold it and very seldom hit it now. Other than that one thing..which you can work on…it’s perfect

This straightener heats up extremely fast!!! (20-30 seconds) and it beeps when it is done heating up. Buttons on the side for power and temp control work great and are in a good spot. I don’t hit the buttons when I am using it which is a huge bonus. My hair doesn’t get snagged or pull. Glides along hair smoothly. It is very sleek looking. My hair is naturally wavy and has some curls and this straightener worked great to straighten them. I didn’t have to pass it over my hair multiple times. The cord swivels really easily making it super easy and efficient for use. There is also a small lock at the base of it to lock it closed when not using it. Hope this review helps.

Tengo el cabello naturalmente lacio pero esponjado, tenia otra plancha que era muy delgada y tardaba horas en estilizar. Con esta en menos de 10 minutos estilicé todo el cabello (tengo bastante) y queda con brillo. Calienta muuucho, se debe usar protector de calor. Enciende rápido, varias temperaturas, todo excelente! My 13 year old hair straightener finally kicked the bucket, so I did some searching around for a replacement and landed on the Remington Shine Therapy 1â Flat Iron, Argan Oil & Keratin Plate Hair Straightener. I was happy with the price and after using it a handful of times Iâm even more impressed with the results! This straightener heats up very quickly, itâs light weight, I like that the buttons are on the side (my old one had the power button inside close to the plates and a dial for the heat), and I like that you can lock the straightener closed to store it away.
