Helped my stye in 24 hours!
I had a VERY stubborn stye on my lower eyelid. I was using warm compresses, lid wipes and SteriLid (hypochlorus acid spray), but the biggest change happened when I started using these drops. My stye was gone after about 24 hours!Zero irritation. They feel like a nice cool, refreshing bath on my eye balls! The hydration and lubrication lasts for hours for me. I can feel a difference from the flaxseed oil thatâs added. No stinging or burning! No post-application drip or watery eyes, either.I love the single use/individual vials. Iâm able to put the plastic cap back on and save the remainder; I can get about 2-4 uses out of one vial (1 drop per eye).TIP: Store the box in the fridge! I learned this trick when I worked for an ophthalmologist. It feels even more relieving when theyâre cold!UPDATE: well, my stye came back. I wanted to update this so people donât think these drops are a guaranteed cure for styes! The BEST eye drops I’ve ever used for dry eye
I’ve used countless eye drops over the years to combat chronic dry eyes and MGD (Meibomian Gland Dysfunction). The basic artificial tears were never enough, the ones with preservatives caused irritation and the more potent ones were too oily/greasy/gel-like and caused blurriness.Refresh Mega-3 preservative free is the perfect formulation for me. Zero film or greasiness, no heaviness or blurriness, yet has excellent, long-lasting, lubrication. I had to use the others every few hours just to be able to blink my eyes without misery. I can use these as little as twice a day and my eyes can actually function comfortably.I was concerned about the price point, but it’s been worth the money. I ended up saving money since I have to use it so infrequently compared to the others. Use 1-2 drops in each eye and each tube has about 6 drops which helps cover when you have a miss or two 🙂

Love these eye drops but wish they came in a bottle
I really like using these eye drops. They make my dry, gritty eyes feel great. At first I thought these small single use vials were a great idea, but there is too much liquid, even for a couple of drops in both eyes. The small tubes do not have a flat bottom, so you can’t stand up, and once opened you can’t reseal. I end up having to prop them up , leaning against a box in my bathroom. They have slipped and fallen many times. I wish these drops would just come in a regular bottle. It would be so much easier.

The best eye drops for very dry eyes!
I have extremely dry eyes, and my eye doctor recommended these Mega 3 eye drops by Refresh. They are the only ones I have seen with oils in them, an important component of the tear film that is missing in all other drops. The omega 3 fats also are anti inflammatory. As my corneas were inflamed, these helped to reduce the inflammation, improve my vision, and stop the burning and discomfort of extremely dry eyes. They are preservative free which eliminates another source of irritation and inflammation. I highly recommend them if your dry eyes are not responding to regular eye drops. Check with your eye doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong with your eyes!

Very refreshing
The drops themselves help my dry eyes tremendously and I love the individual tubes. The tube doesnât spill out on my nightstand, so I can get a second use from it in the night or the next night. These are so much more sanitary than a dropper bottle, and the tube edge where it opens has always been smooth.

Best drops I’ve found
I first purchased these eye drops because of the flaxseed oil they contain. Then I discovered the added bonus of castor oil in the ingredient list as well. The oils help keep the drops from evaporating too quickly. Also, there is no noticeable blurriness caused by the oils.
