Good retinol application
I like go take a warm bath and this retinol mask is perfect to use while doing it. Great way to apply retinol. Itâs moisturizing and relaxing. They smell nice. My skin feels great afterwards.

Nice product
A little pricey, but not terrible. I thought the concept of the chin mask was neat, but now I kinda just wish it had been a full face mask. It didn’t just cover the chin, it goes from mid-cheek down to mid-neck. Might as well just cover it all at that point, especially if it’s a retinol mask, wanna get those forehead fine lines! If it had JUST covered the chin I might think otherwise, but it covered so much of the face already it just felt incomplete. My cheeks were really sensitive and a bit red when I put this on and since I wasn’t expecting it to cover most of my cheeks I thought that would be fine. It did irritate them a little bit, but nothing burning or anything drastic. It felt nice on the neck and chin. I actually am glad it went down the neck, that was a nice surprise. For that reason, I will use the entire box, but not sure I’d rebuy. I am now intrigued by the concept of a neck mask though! But you do kinda have to be still/stay put. When I walked around wearing this, the neck part did keep kinda coming off one side and was annoying. The barrier cream felt nice. All in all, a pretty good product. My skin feels nice and smooth and fairly hydrated.

Lower face and neck mask
This review is for the Rael skin care retinol chin masks. These are individually foil-wrapped masks that go on the chin and spread out across the throat. There are no ear loops. The treatment actually comes in a two step process, with the first being to leave the mask on for at least 10 or 15 minutes. The second portion is a sachet of cream you’re supposed to apply after the mask, probably because retinol can be drying for some.

Not recommended for sensitive skin
I like this brand and bought the product specifically because it was marked as safe for sensitive skin. My skin is very sensitive, and this product caused me an intense break out. It’s been a week and I’m still trying to get my skin to calm down. I don’t think this is a bad product, but I just wouldn’t recommend it for sensitive skin.

Very hydrating mask set
The chin mask set was extremely hydrating. The sheet is very saturated and is easy to apply. The bottom part is designed to wrap under your chin and neck area. The package is designed with a top and bottom. One section contains the mask and the other has a white thick, soothing barrier cream. I did not experience any skin irritation from either the mask or the cream. The directions are on the package and easy to follow. The next day my skin around the mouth, chin, and neck felt smooth and looked improved. I found this mask soothing and I could see keeping this one on hand for regular use! I liked that the mask was not fragile to handle. I did notice that the mask stayed on so much better on the sides of my face and under my chin/neck when I sat reclined.

Good concept, poor execution of the product. I have used many face masks, mostly associated with korean beauty brands. This product is also made in Korea so I had high expectations – especially since I do struggle with acne in the chin area. However, the mask is awfully difficult to keep on your face and does not feel smooth on the skin. It comes with an area that goes over the chin and the neck and I even tried with cutting the neck part off, however it still struggled to stay on. As it’s difficult to wear the product, I can’t say much about it’s efficacy, but in theory retinol should help with some chin acne. The moisturizer that was also provided was fine.
