This hair straightener is amazing. I like that it has the lock feature. It heats up quickly and the auto off timer is an appropriate length. Some straighteners turn off way too soon. I also like the color and it’s easy to clean. I have natural coily hair, at 400/420 degrees I can straighten my hair in a single pass. I admit it, I have never bought an expensive flat iron before. I have always stuck to the ones in the 20 to $25 range. It quit working within 2 uses
I used it twice and both times it really didnât straighten my hair well. BUT the last time was a TRIP (literally). I had spent about 15 minutes blow drying my hair before I attempted to straighten it and about five minutes and straightening my hair the straightener sparked while it was on my hair. It didnât burn my hair or catch my hair on fire, but it sparked and died and didnât turn back on.

I like that the iron can be touched on the ends without gloves during use. It doesnât smoothly glide over your hair when straightening or curling. It kind of catches. It does adjust heat temperatures and is easy to use.
