I’ve tried beech wavers before and didn’t love them for a number of reasons, this one however is the one I’ve liked the best. The titanium barrel is a great benefit as I’ve found that is the best way to get my hair to hold a curl. The smoothing benefits of the titanium barrel are effective in eliminating the frizz that happens in the summer. The led screen showing the temps is always a plus and being able to do precise adjustments gives you an amazing amount of control. Because the clamp doesn’t go all the way up the barrel there is a learning curve and the auto rotation isn’t something to be afraid of even though I initially was. Every new hot tool needs to be taken for a test drive, feel free to search YouTube for the benefits of how best to use this one. The directions that come with it are very helpful so read then first as just turning it on isn’t as intuitive and it might seem. The curls I got with this after the first few duds were actually pretty impressive. I went into this thinking I’d get just as good a result with my usual curling iron but I was genuinely surprised. It’s a very smooth glide when you push the buttons to turn it left or right so you have to fight your natural inclination to do the turning yourself if you’ve always been a standard curling iron user. Having said that you can clamp the bottom of your hair onto the bottom of the barrel and turn it yourself if your preference is to doing it manually and it will still work. The button placement is good but not great, you’ll have to get used to not hitting the wrong one accidentally, but that does happen with most new tool. I can say after testing this outside in the heat and humidity of the south it really held nicely again much to my surprise. This set is super giftable for the hair enthusiasts in your life. This looks and feels very high end!I can say I really only had one issue with it and that was keeping it on the counter. If you don’t put it down, you’re good, but don’t let it out of your hand. Every time I put it down because I was focusing on my hair I wasn’t focusing on it and it would jump off of the counter and try and attack my feet. So when you put it down, it has to be put down in a very precise way or it will travel because of the weight on the back end and fall off so watch your hands toes. I even tested putting this down on the counter several times and several ways just to watch it jump to the floor on its own. It took several attempts to find what worked best. Other than that this a great little beech waver.

Great iron, beginner friendly
I tend to be antsy about using heat on my hair but this was friendly even for me to use. The auto curling takes some adjustment but you can practice without heat. It feels very well made/high quality.

Rotating Beach Waver
I have always wanted to try this style of beach waver. I have used the stationary ones before and loved the results so I decided to give this one a try. It comes with several handy accessories like the clips and heat glove. It heats up super quickly and boy does it get hot. The heat glove definitely serves a purpose. The clips allow you to section out hair. It also in comes with a heat bag for easy storage. The cord is long and has anti twist ends so the wand can move freely. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the wand but once you get the hang of it you will be most pleased with the results. It rotates both forward and back with the touch of the button. You do have to practice a bit either on yourself or a willing participant to get the feel of the wand. Other than the rotation it works just like the traditional wands. The rotation helps it go quickly and gives structured bouncy curls. I gave this 5 Stars. I was impressed with the ease of using this curling wand. Give this one a try!
