Gentle and soothing
I use this toner after washing my face and before my serum and moisturizer. My skin tends to be dry, and this doesn’t irritate it or cause breakouts. It seems to be gentle and soothing. I like the way my skin feels after using it. I would like the manufacturer to add the full ingredient list to the Amazon listing.

I don’t know how this does it as a Ceramide/Hyaluronic acid toner, but it has an instant of effect of reducing oiliness on my skin (I have combo skin). It feels very good on my forehead where it gets more oily throughout the day. My cheeks are on the dry side. I wouldn’t say they feel drier after using this, but I’m not sure if they need it.This toner a pretty obvious scent, which I’m not sure is a great thing for skin, but it smells incredibly nice. Putting it on just feels very refreshing.The only obvious con to me is the packaging. It feels like a pretty cheap bottle. The lid doesn’t open as easily as I’d like. To use the product you need to shake it a little to get it to come out in drops. The bottle has almost no give, so you can’t squeeze it to help. It would be much nicer if it had some sort of pump or if they just used a better quality bottle.

I broke out within first day of use
I react strongly to certain products but this one was one of the most noticeable reaction. Within a few hours of wearing, my skin got more red and then within half a day, my acne started breakout. I threw away immediately.
