I really enjoy its beautiful glossy texture!
Perfect color! Lovely, light scent with no funky taste. It wears very well and is moisturizing without being sticky. I prefer this to Fresh brand Sugar Rose ($25) since the formula was changed and this is way way cheaper. I am a lip product connoisseur and have tried it all: Chanel, Dior, NARS, you name it! I still use NARS and Charlotte Tilbury, but this gloss pencil is rated right up with those. I am able to sharpen it fine with a generic chunky lip pencil sharpener, though it is a tighter fit. My only issue is finding the color I want (glossy blushing mauve, perfect for medium skin tone). I even look for it when traveling.

Buyer beware
You will need a sharp blade to sharpen the resin they used to actually cover the lipstick. I have several lipstick sharpeners and they were useless. I had to use a sharp knife to sharpen and a blade. If not for this particular problem, this would have been a 5 star rating. Actually, shame on the manufacturer for making this difficult to use for the consumer. This issue should be addressed and corrected otherwise the lipstick itself is very pretty.

Love this!!! There is a specific sharpener for these – pictured here. Some sane there is a scent although I normally wear Mauve Iâm buying a lighter color yet have never experienced the scent some mention.

Only about 1/4″ useable then done.
The product itself is just ok. It’s sticky so your hair sticks in it. The color is ok. But the plastic container makes you think you are getting a regular lipstick when all you can use is the end that is exposed when you first get it. The tube doesn’t twist or sharpen making the whole thing unusable after the first 5 or 6 applications. I do NOT recommend. Second Physician’s Formula product I have ever bought, and both have been duds. I don’t recommend this item, but I also don’t recommend this brand.

Love the color, texture, and endurance
I bought this lipstick in blushing mauve from a store and another shade that is similar but paler (forget the name.) I liked this color best so I came on Amazon to see if I could get it hereâ¦and I could get 2, so I went ahead because you never know when cosmetic companies will discontinue something grrr. It doesnât have the best applicator and sharpening ability, but I use a lip brush to apply, so itâs not a big deal for me. There is a slight smell to it, but I actually donât mind it and I usually HATE all scents in cosmetics. I think the smell goes away shortly after application. I think it feels so nice on my lips and it LASTS. I hope this stays around foreverâ¦itâs my current favorite!Thanks for reading! I hope this helps someone with their decision.

Smooth, clean color
There is joy in wearing a light lip color…not light on pigments, but a lip color that doesn’t feel like a deck of cards pasted onto your mouth. Reapplying as needed, I wear this on short market trips. It’s definitely NOT a long lasting color (unless you blot and powder). It feels glamorous and not sticky.

This is nice! Perfect pink. Easy to apply, sharpen like a liner. Buttery, gets into the dry places blends well with other lip products. Good purchase. Also love their pearl highlight omg only one you’ll ever need.
