Coming from someone who in the past 5 years, have finally figured out that in order to have order.. in the body Pro & Prebiotics R a necessity!I can’t say enough about this product! It’s a game changer for sure.If you have ever had itching, odor, or swelling up inside this may resolve that issue. Being that we literally have 2 brains, 1 in our head and one in our guts. (I guess that means males have 3. lol. Sorry, the thought just crossed me mind🤣)It would make sense that in order to have health we need to keep each brain healthy.I have had my fair share of “uh oh” moments. Where “things just didn’t feel” right.Since taking this Probiotic, that has slimmed down to almost gone. I also supplement myself with Cranberry & Tart Cherry supplements. Lots of water. Lemon & cucumber water also helps detox and cleanse whatever may have initiated the ‘issues’.But keeping the gut in order, is the best way to avoid those embarrassing “uh oh” times.I also, when in a fit, didn’t take the suggested amount. I took 1 in the am & 1 before bed.I am not at my ‘actual’ size I should be. And unlike so many things, the vitamins are not (in my eyes) labeled correctly. As baby aspirin, it’s suggested by weight & age. I go by this suggestion still.I’m almost 45 pounds over my weight. So I take double the amount suggested.I read, that there really is no “over” with probiotics. (I’m not advocating excessive amounts) just the bare standards don’t work for me.I’ve through the years, fiddled around with dosages of vitamins to figure out what amounts make them ‘work’.I take the ordinary Probiotics, the digestive enzymes, and this Vaginal Probiotics.The 1st two, I take the same. One in the morning on an empty tummy and one right before bed.The Digestive enzymes I take one with every meal.Gut health is SO very important.Take care of your gut, and you will avoid many troubles, sicknesses through life.Everything stems from the brain.. both brains.*Did you know, IF you keep your gut healthy the chances of catching sickness is slim. Not impossible, just slim*** This is just my experience. My views. **After understanding the role of gut health, especially in vaginal health. It’s a game changer.I only wish I would have understood this back when I was 17, 18, etc.

I started taking this product due to a fishy smell after sex with a prior partner. I started taking these every other day or so and then took a BV test which was negative thankfully. I think that it cleared my BV infection if that’s what it was. The taste is not bad, comes in a plant based capsule. Good value imo. Comes with multiple strains of bacteria.

I was a little nervous at first to take these even after reading all the positive reviews but the past almost 3 weeks have been amazing and my period !!! I had not one cramp it was the most relaxing period I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! I truthfully forgot I was on my period for a few days. I’ve always had very very painful cramps on my period. I would recommend this 1,000 times to any female. The taste of the pills are earthy but it’s nothing that you can’t handle the taste of it goes away quickly.

These pills tend to stick in your throat or when you’re trying to swallow them they won’t leave your mouth. They aren’t huge but I think the coating on them is what causes this. Other than that they are ok but it doesn’t make you motivated to take them daily when you deal with that. Also they have a weird taste.
