Have you ever experienced that disgusting smell on a sponge? Sponges are one of the most disgusting areas of your house. It is worse than a toilet. Peachy Clean Silicone Scrubbers are the answer. Peachy Clean is silicone, so it is safe on your cookware and it resists those nasty smells. Peachy Clean is not a sponge. It is a non-absorbent, silicone soft scrubber designed to be perfect for everyday soft scrubbing. Peachy Clean will last. Depending on usage a family will typically get a few weeks to a few months out of one scrubber. Best of all, Peachy Clean was invented, patented, and is manufactured in the USA in Georgia, the Peach State, by a family business. Peachy Clean is an entirely different cleaning experience. It feels different. It lathers different. It is a better way to clean your pots and pans. Use Peachy Clean with your favorite dish soap and water. Rinse it out and shake or wring dry. Peachy Clean is also dishwasher safe. It is not recommended to use bleach or harsh chemicals with Peachy Clean as it can shorten the life of the product. Customers say
Customers appreciate the pleasant smell of the sponge. They find it cleans effectively and rinses out easily. The sponge works well for hand washing dishes and gathering pet hair. Many consider it a good alternative to a regular sponge and consider it antibacterial. However, opinions differ on its durability, absorbency, and value for money.

I bought my first pack of these sponges in 2020. I’m ordering my forth today (November 2024). When I went to the product page today I watched a customer video that said not to buy this product. Their video showed their sponge was falling apart. I also saw photos of one that was falling apart with comments about how they love this sponge. Bottom line, products used for scrubbing wear out. My first pack lasted 6 months. My second lasted 18 months. My third lasted 36 months. Why the difference? I learned not to use these on every single kitchen item I cleaned. A cast iron skillet, for example, is tougher than the sponge, You will go through them quickly and they won’t be that effective. When I use these on cutlery, I stroke from the top edge (back) of the blade down to the sharp edge. I avoid sliding is on the sharp edge. The blade will cut the sponge easily and shorten its life. It is great for cleaning food that had dried on or is otherwise sticking to dinnerware (soak dish first) and for scrubbing stains in a coffee cup. I also use them to clean my cutting boards, especially after having raw meat on the board. The silicone is not a good matrix for bacteria. that is why they don’t smell. I keep a squirt bottle of water with a teaspoon or two of bleach and use it to disinfect my cutting boards, cooking counter, and stove top. This sponge is great for those jobs and the bleach solution keeps it disinfected. You will still need that traditional sponge. The Peachy Clean in not absorbent; it does not soak up spills. (P.S. that water & bleach mix is great for killing odors in your traditional sponge adding to their useful life.)

So durable
Love the hint of peach scent and they hold up so well without getting gross like other sponges. They last a long time especially being put into the dishwasher and they do not scratch dishes or even non stick pots. They are the perfect size for scrubbing pots and I get so much use out of each one

Disappointed. — Added a footnote – changed rating
Very nice smell, but I didn’t buy them for their scent, but because I was hoping to do away with regular Scotch brand sponges. But to be honest, the microfiber cloths work as well, if not better than these sponges do. They don’t really clean a pot that needs a good bit of scrubbing, they are very stiff, and they do not soak up moisture when wiping down the counter, like a sponge or microfiber cloth can. I won’t be buying them again.7/9/2018Update – Saw an ad on Facebook for sponge that cleans up pet hairs. Looked for same product on Amazon, and found similar products. One of them reminded me of my Peachy Clean sponges, and a lightbulb went off. I then wondered “so it didn`t clean my dishes well, but maybe it can clean up pet hair/” IT DOES and it does it EXTREMELY WELL! So if you have a package of these, and not using them for dishes, they work great for gathering up pet hair. My cat tree was really getting grungy and my vacuum was NOT cleaning it well enough to suit me. I was feeling very frustrated. I am so glad I did not return or toss out these sponges. They turned a grungy cat tree into one that is looking 80 times better now. Just wipe over the pet hair, and immediately you will see it adhering to the sponge. Just wipe it off, and toss it out. It also rinses off under the faucet.

Love the Peachy Clean fragrance!
These work well and last quite awhile. I used one for 4 months before it showed signs of wear.

Works very well while it lasts, but don’t expect too much longevity
This is an interesting idea that has pros and cons. The pros:The stiff reticulated silicone material scrubs quite well, especially compared to a cellulose sponge, and rinses clean easily, which means it doesn’t rapidly start smelling bad. It keeps its shape fairly well at first, especially if you always use it flat and don’t wrap it around things. The peachy smell is pleasant when new, but fades quickly. The cons:The open-cell reticulated foam also means that this sponge takes in a lot of soap, but doesn’t hold onto it. You may find yourself going through dish soap much more quickly than you’re used to. It also means the sponge doesn’t hold a lot of water, which may be problematic for some uses like sponging countertops, and makes it very poor at mopping up spills. If you use it in a way that wraps it around small objects like silverware, or you do a lot of heavy scrubbing with it (pots and pans, say), you’ll find it quite quickly begins to shed pieces, then breaks up and loses its shape. The silicone material is somewhat brittle and seems to propagate tears further and faster than a cellulose sponge. It’s stiff, but not very tough.Overall: Works well, but for the price it needs to be more durable. I can get much more total cleaning done by spending the same money on conventional kitchen scourers. The three-month no-odor warranty is meaningless when the sponge is in shreds in three weeks.Technical Thug says … meh. Inventive, clever, original, but ultimately disappointing.

Yes, they smell like peaches
But not for long. And I donât care. Best non-abrasive scrubber Iâve ever purchased. They last forever and do a bang-up job cleaning/scrubbing pots n pans.
