I’m super picky when it comes to flavors & pastes. But this isn’t bad at all. Its minty. Smells good. The quality seems good. My teeth feel more clean with this paste than a lot of other pastes. It feels like my teeth are polished! And I love that. I don’t have gum pain so I can’t speak on that. I do have bleeding sometimes when I floss. So I have noticed little to no bleeding gums now. It is a bit expensive. I found it cheaper elsewhere. So I plan to purchase it again elsewhere.Remember to stay humble & kind!
