Luxury
I first tried a small free packaged sample of this and loved it. First off, I have not used a hair dryer or product in my hair for years. I now use this product in my hair wet, comb in and scrunch my hair with my hands. It has helped my hair have less frizzies and helps my wavy hair look curlier. It makes my hair look shinier, but never greasy. The smell is suttle, and resembles perfume. I don’t handle heavy smells or like most perfume as it gives me a headache, but I truly love this stuff. I wish it was available at a lower cost, but I guess since I don’t frequent the salon, I can indulge in this product. I bought this product almost 8 months ago and still have half of a bottle left. A little goes a long way. The texture of the product is more on the liquidy side, it blends well into wet hair. I will continue using this product.

I have long wavy hair. I prefer to air dry most of the time. My hair is also very dry. I usually wash it every 4-5 days. First I loved the smell. I applied to towel dried hair, combed through & let dry(approx 3 hrs) I definitely noticed a thicker feel to my hair. My ponytail looked my fuller. I really loved when I woke up on day 2,3 & 4 I still had waves. Usually at this point my hair has straightened. My only negative would be the cost. It’s not a large bottle. I used approx the size of a quarter for my hair that is approx 4 inches past my shoulders, average thickness.

ok if You do not have really fine hair
I was eager to try it because I wanted to let my hair dry naturally and I think it helped but I have such fine hair. I have to use a brush to give it some volume. It smells nice rubs in really well. It did not leave my hair crispy, which is why I still try it every now and again, you really donât need much unless you have a lot of hair 🙂

AMAZING
Iâm not one to write reviews but this product blew my mind. Whenever I wash my hair, it gets all frizzy and crazy. Usually Iâve to sleep overnight for it to become normal. This alchemy balm works wonders – my hair is soft, no frizz once it air dries. Worth every penny.

Disappointed
Iâm disappointed that this styling balm contains phenoxyethanol which is an endocrine disruptor. I tried this but I would not use it again because I want to only use natural ingredients. The balm works fine but it is pricey & not for me.

For fine hair
I have fine, wavy hair and this helps control frizz and enhances my natural texture. I have only used it so far as an air dry cream but I am so happy with the results. It doesnât weight my hair down or make it crunchy at all. Keeps the waves defined all day. I personally think the hair alchemy scent is the best Oribe scent!

This product is wonderful for natural curly, wavy hair. It diminishes frizz, conditions and leaves your hair silky soft but enough hold to keep your curl or wave. The scent is amazing not strong! I will be purchasing again love this Oribe hair care line.
