The NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Matte Lipstick in Summer Breeze is absolutely gorgeous! The clean blue-toned pink is vibrant yet wearable, making it perfect for both casual days and nights out. The formula is creamy and glides on effortlessly, providing full coverage in just one swipe. This is a staple in my purse ever since I discovered this color when i purchased to go with my pink bunny Halloween costume 8 years ago. Despite being matte, it doesn’t dry out my lips and feels lightweight and comfortable throughout the day. Apply it directly for vibrant nighttime weatr or pat it on with your finger for daytime. Plus, it stays put without smudging or fading too quickly. If you’re looking for a fun, flattering lipstick that performs well, this one is a must-try.

I love this ‘perfect red’ color and think it is rather versatile, bold, but not over the top. When this product is on my lips it is a very comfortable feeling lipstick, not dry feeling. However, I am very disappointed in how messy this lipstick is. I wear a bold lipstick color a few times per week, sometime I use lip liner, but not always. I was not confident with this product on my face because it has a tendency to migrate off my lips even with the use of liner. The product is soft and luscious feeling while it’s on but I think this contributes to how easily smeared it is. Tons of it came off of on my coffee mug and I don’t plan to wear this again if I need to be confident of its staying power without running into the bathroom every hour to check. If anyone has any recommendation how they made this product work for them I would invite hearing them. On a side note, I absolutely love wet&wilds $2 matte long wear lipstick. It is a TINY bit drying, but literally stays on for 3+ hours with no smearing and very little compromise to the color. I can wear the wet&wild one through a dinner and be confident that most of it will still look good. Overall, I do not think this lipsticks value is worth the price.

Whipped Cavier is beautiful
I ordered two different colors: “Whipped Caviar” and “Alabama”. I’m not a fan of Alabama-it just looks too dark for my coloring. I feel it’s much darker than the image suggests online which is why you should probably look up swatches or try them in a store if you don’t want to throw money down the drain. For me it doesn’t matter as the price is so low that trying them out and failing on one isn’t a biggie. So cue in the Whipped Cavier and I’m in love. I have dark hair with a reddish tint to it and that reddish tint makes darker colors sometimes look too unnatural and unattractive. This color really looks somewhat natural and makes my lips look nice and plump and gives them a very healthy look. The color is lighter but not so light that you’re veering into a pink color. It’s just a really pretty dark salmon color. I even mixed a tiny bit of it with the Alabama color and darkened it for nights-but wear the Whipped Cavier for days. It looks lovely.Overall it’s a very good price (much better than in the store!) and it goes on smoothly and looks lovely. It is a bit drying for the matte colors so you may want to use some lip gloss.
