Excellent product and top-notch customer service
I purchased this product in 2022 and had some doubts. But over the past two years, I absolutely loved the quality and had no regrets buying it. I had thick and long hair and have hard time getting strong straighteners/curling irons. The heats controls and smoothness of this product is commendable. It is easy to pack and has enough cord length.Honestly, the lock mechanism was a bit annoying though I liked that it can be closed. After almost 2 years, it broke on me and I asked for customer service. They had very fast customer service and sent me a replacement as quick as they can (actually within 2 days). They just needed me to send a quick video of malfunction which is understandable. I proposed to send it back but they trusted me.Hope this business gets a lot recognition and continues to satisfy their customers. Fantastic straightener
I have used so many hair straighteners and paid a lot of money in the past for them. This works better than ALL of them combined. The shape of the straightener is a little bit curved so I can easily add curls and waves in literally ONE attempt. My other straighteners are flat on the plastic part so it takes a lot more effort to make a curl. This has a curved outside so it makes beautiful curls. I always put loose waves in my hair with my straightener and I’m so pleased that it left my hair soft and shiny. It heats up so fast I didn’t even realize it was ready to go in 10 sec! I love the carrying and organizer pouch.I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and was very concerned this would be a bad flat iron, but I can confirm the reviews! This is a great buy! I know my three sisters are going to go nuts over it once they see how amazing my hair looks!!! hahaha!In comparison to other irons, this also has a higher temperature range so it gets hot enough temperature for coarse/thick hair like mine. I tried it at 410 and it worked perfectly, and it didn’t feel like it was burning my hair at all. My hair was also cool to the touch which is unusual for a flat iron. This was worth the investment and I’m so excited to get my hair looking great every day now. I bought this because my last flat iron that I paid $100 bit the dust when I dropped it by accident. It didn’t work that great anyway honestly and I really had to work at it… I’m very happy to have paid less for an even better, safer and more efficient product. This one glides so easily through my hair without snagging at all.I didn’t realize there was a gold color and got the champagne gold. But I like the champagne too. The locking feature is nice for when it’s cooling down and I put it right back in the case for storage. 🙂

Great…but didn’t last….
I really liked this flat iron at first. It heats quickly, had a locking feature, and smoothed my hair with minimal damage. However, after only a few months, the locking mechanism would no longer work. This was inconvienent but still workable. But soon after, the plates on either side will now click out of place and apart so that the gap between them does not allow you to clamp onto the hair. It is virtually useless now. I normally would not pay this much for a flat iron but took a chance on this one – a decision I regret.UPDATE: Although I first rated this item 2 stars for the reasons given above, I came back to update and raise to 4 star due to their outstanding customer service. The company, upon learning I was displeased with the purchase, immediately contacted me and offered me a replacement. It was sent out promptly and arrived in just a couple days. This straight iron really does work very well – smooth gliding and one-pass straightening. My only issue with it was the lock mechanism that caused the plates to gap apart and Nition made it right!

I originally wrote a review but took it down because I decided I needed more time with it. My first product didn’t get up to 450 even though the numbers said that. My hair only stays straight at 450(3a/3b Florida). The customer service was great and sent me a new product. This one did get up to 450. It heats up fast and so far, no hair snagging. For the price, yes, it’s worth it!

Great straightener
So far so great! I had to replace my old one that lasted 10 years. This one works great, my hair looks smooth and shiny doesnât catch at all. It doesnât scorch my hair. I have thick wavy hair and this straightens nicely.

Only lasted a year
This is a great straightener that gets the job done. For reference I have shorter, thick semi wavy hair. I straighten my hair daily (I know terrible lol) but it makes my hair smooth and not frizzy. The reasoning for the 3 stars is, I just bought this last June (2023) and as of today, it wonât heat up higher than 265. ð¢. So just about a year and it doesnât work anymore. I would buy again but I donât want to keep replacing it after a year.

Love at first sight. I had to write a review straight away!! Brand new wrapped up in plastic( see pictures) So far so good seeming I just got it today. I have long thick coarse and very heavy hair and it works very well on my hair to straighten. I haven’t yet tried to do waves or curls but when I do I will update as I am very much inlove with this flat iron. This is my first flat iron and I’m amazed so far. Great money for value, heats up in 15 seconds. It comes with get accessories as well( hair clips, toothpick hair comb, heat resistant glove, the case is heat resistant aswell) I just absolutely love it!! The last 2 photos are it locked and not locked. When i straighten my hair it does not oull ym hair and my hair is much smoother and softer and more shiny.(i never added anything to my hair either, i just waited for my hair to air dry.) If I could give 10 star I would. My old hair straightener broke so I needed a new one. This did not disappoint. It heats up quickly and leaves your hair so straight and smooth. I thought my old hair straightener was good (Babyliss) but this one seriously out performs it. So glad I got this. FYI, I have very long and thick hair and it works son well. Would recommend.
