It was leaking in the package,when I opened it, the lid was broken AND scotch tape was put on it. But the tape squashed on it held the broken lid, and it was still leaking.

Before arriving at this Neutrogena product, I used to use tea-tree oil as a toner before applying moisturizer on my face every night. It kept my skin very well and away from breakouts, but it all changed after I contracted perioral dermatitis after applying a topical cream on my face. For many months, I battled with dermatitis and sensitive skin to a point where I can’t even use the mildest cleanser to wash my face, except water. Not to say, the days of using tea-tree oil is over. After I was finally cured from my dermatitis, once in a while, I’d tried to apply tea-tree oil, but my skin just couldn’t take it anymore.Ever since not using tea-tree oil, my face experienced a lot more zits and breakouts. I thought to myself… there must be something out there with just salicylic acid in low dose for daily usage right…? When I come across this product, I read nothing but just good reviews and added to cart. When the product arrived, I was still very hesitant to apply on my face due to my sensitive skin after the dermatitis situation. I did a test patch under my chin and to my surprise there WASN’T any itching, stinging or burning sensation. My face did not reject it! I felt a nice cooling sensation after applying and it did not dry out my face.Now I apply this product every night before using moisturizer, and my face feels really clean and clear! My skin has got back to my tea-tree oil days now with Neutrogena in its place instead. I no longer experience frequent breakouts of zits! The smell of the solution is also very pleasant too.

Why Can’t this Awesome Product?
It’s a great product and I can NOT get it now. Frustrated beyond! Just like when you find your favorite bra and you discover it’s been discontinued! You should really look for loyal customers instead if changing things to accommodate the smaller, have to have it now community! They’re looking for the next best thing. I want a product that works!
