Has a pleasant scent and a little goes a long way. I work on a plane and it could be on my hair up to 16 hrs. Looks good even after a nap. That said, if I were to find anything else worth mentioning, it’s minimal. After applying, the clay leaves an oily residue on my hands which takes several hand washes to get off. My hair doesn’t feel oily at all after applying though. Good product.

great substitute for Paul Mitchell ESP
I religiously used Paul Mitchell ESP for probably 10-15 years, but the product is extremely hard to find and often goes out of stock. I tried this product as a substitute once, and I’m a convert. It does NOT have the same rigid hold of the ESP, but as my hair has become a bit less dense over the years, I actually like the way this holds and styles better. You can actually still kind of run your fingers through your hair, which is not the case with ESP. It also feels like it’s probably less damaging to the hair, as it’s a bit creamier than ESP. Great fragrance too.
