Customers say
Customers find that the conditioner works well as a leave-in treatment and seals the ends of their hair. They appreciate its pleasant smell and how it improves the texture and health of their hair. Many mention that it tames frizz and puffiness, giving their hair a smoother, silkier feel. While most customers are satisfied with the hair look, some have differing opinions on value for money, split ends treatment, and how quickly it dries their hair.

This stuff is a MUST have!!!!
I must admit I was skeptical when my stylist recommends this product to me after using it on my hair while I was in her salon.Boy was I surprised at how amazingly quickly this product became my absolute favorite.1) It does mend and seal my split ends, smells amazing but definitely NOT overpowering at all.2) My hair is colored every 6 weeks and I give this product 5 stars because I have NEVER used any hair product that works so well for so long!! Iâve been using it for years.3) I have like no think hair, a little goes a long way. A nickel size is plenty for me.4) It works extremely well with hair that gets frizzy in humidity. I live in Florida, so that pretty much nine months out of the year. For all these reasons I HIGHLY recommend this product! You are going to love it.

Actually works great on split ends!
I love this stuff. Way less split ends. So glad I switched to Moroccan Oil products. My hair is smoother, softer, moisturizing my hair, all the products smell good and perform to the degree they say. It was worth the price for me to switch.

Great product
Light weight, no heavy or greasy feel or build up. The more I use it the better my fried ends from over processed coloring look and feel. Definitely works very well. A little is all you need.

Great texture & scent.
This product made my hair more manageable & smooth. A little goes a long way, so start with a smaller amount.

Deep conditioning
Mostly I use it a few hours before a wash when I want an occasional deep conditioning. I color my hair, and my ends & finer hair can get dry. Iâll massage it in, generous amounts, esp where my hair is dry/brittle, let it really absorb for a few hours (reapplying if anything still feels dry), and then wash/condition as usual. It helps restore strength, moisture & healthy texture, also helps me keep ends healthy so I donât have to cut as much (so helps me keep my hair long too). Truly helps! Can also use less and just leave in as a smoothing product, that will look fine.

Stings the nostrils
I dropped a little over $100 on Moroccanoil products recently: Smooth shampoo and conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and mending infusion. Hereâs my honest feedback. The scent: I remember loving the smell of Moroccanoil when I worked in a salon about 12 years ago. Iâm not sure if my olfactory nerves have changed or if their formula has changedâbut wow. To sum it up, itâs âtoo much of a good thingâ in my opinion. But I do generally wear minimal fragrance so Iâm not used to smelling strong scents on myself all day. And it lasts all day. Even the palms of my hands are now fragranced and I have to double wash them after doing my hair.Shampoo & Conditioner: itâs not terrible. I feel like itâs a fair price point. I have to use more shampoo than expected to feel like Iâm really washing my hair, but that could be how the âsmoothâ line feels. I was using olaplex before this. I liked that but wasnât impressed compared to all the hype it garners. I actually thought the shampoo stripped my hair too much, and the conditioner is super thick, but I did enjoy the nice but subtle smell of Olaplex in general. I donât think I will buy either brand of Shampoo/Conditioner for a second time. If the fragrance wasnât so POW! with Moroccanoil, I would purchase their duo again.Leave-in Conditioner/heat protectant: I like to use a product on my damp hair before I style it to lock in moisture since I have porous hair from lifting/color treating. I really love Olaplex on this front. I also really like how soft Moroccanoil leave-in conditioner makes my hair feel. I typically add a little more something to my hair after dried but only because itâs lacking in natural oils. I likely will not purchase again because of the super strong smell. The mending infusion: this is my least favorite product because it seems to do the exact same thing as the leave in conditioner and (in my opinion) it is the strongest smelling of the products I purchased. If thatâs possible. Again, I like the way Moroccanoil smells, but I suspect theyâre doing something different with their fragrance ratios. It also doesnât feel heavy enough to actually weigh down flyaways or seal split ends. It lasts for a minute then kinda dries and looks like nothing has been applied, meaning split ends fray up and flyaways fly.Just my experience with my hair and my nose:)
