I love this foundation make up. Itâs wonderfully innocent of harmful ingredients. Mineral Fusion foundation is verified by EWG, the research outfit that analyzes a variety of products for toxic chemicals and rates safety. I shutter to think of how many of us have been rubbing unsafe make-up into our skins year after year.Mineral Fusion goes on smoothly and gives skin a nice fresh glow. It comes in so many shades that I had no trouble finding a perfect match for my skin tone (Neutral 2). It offers light coverage. But I apply an extra coat to the areas of my face that need it, and that works beautifully. I also reapply a bit after wearing a face mask, because some color does rub off. But in general, by the end of the day, my face looks as nicely made up as it did in the morning.Up till now, I could only find Mineral Fusion at my local health food market. So when they shut down after a Covid episode, I was greatly relieved to find this make-up on Amazon.

Great Makeup
The liquid makeup is excellent. It feels good on my skin. Itâs made of safe and healthy ingredients. And best of all it looks great! Iâve used your makeup for several years after discovering it at a natural foods store and love it. Thank you for making a product that is safe to use and looks as good or better than many of the well-known brands of cosmetics that are full of harmful chemicals. The price is very reasonable, too.

Colors Are Way Off
The color swatches on the website are not a depiction of the actual color at all…not even close. Pictured is Warm 3 – Olive. It’s extremely lighter when applying. To give you an idea of how light the shade is compared to the brand provided pics, it probably would be equivalent to NC 20 or 25 in MAC.I think if you’re able to find the right shade, this will be a great product. The consistency and coverage is on point.

I absolutely love mineral fusion cosmetics!!!! I have very sensitive skin and canât use much of anything that doesnât make my skin break out, get a rash or have a some sort of allergy reaction to. Iâve been purchasing their face foundation, powders and other products for years! Itâs long lasting full coverage without a cakey looking or feeling finish. Iâm a loyal customer and will continue to purchase from them. Only thing I wish they did more of was give their loyal long term customers, order discounts, promotions or discounts. Itâs hard for me to do subscribe and save for one product because my skin tone changes throughout the year from winter to summer.

Color Doesnât Match – Olive ð« Girlies Donât Give Up!
I really wanted this product to work. It applies well and the coverage feels very natural although the color is far too light. After looking at other reviews and trying to determine if the next shade up is the right option, Iâm afraid the olive tones are lacking considerably.EDIT (as of Aug. 7/24): If youâre a fellow olive girly like me, then you know how hard it is to find properly toned foundations – insert Alex Anele smirk here – so Iâm changing my review by adding an additional âï¸.This photo shows my application (pre return in June) with bronzer to help darken up the tone a bit; Iâm a light – light/medium and seeing as that it is mid summer, I need a darker shade. One itâs own Olive 1 is quite fair although I appreciate MF for including a foundation line that features true olive undertones. Seeing as how this shade has been consistently discounted I think Iâm going to repurchase ($6 and some change in June, now $8 in Aug) and deal with the bronzing for summer. I donât need to color mix with blue drops because the base is already a decent blend. Hope this helps!

Shades are Exact
First of all when I opened the package and looked at the bottle, I thought it looked lighter than the Amazon sample picture. But when I compared them side by side they were exactly the same shades. I think it has something to do with a glass bottle. After trying the foundation, I can honestly say… It is an exact match. I am so picky about foundation, I have tried multiple brands. I finally gave up with Laura Geller, It was making me look dry and pasty, settling into my lines and not lasting at all during the day. I put on the MF (Olive 4), and so far I love it! Usually I am a little darker but I haven’t been in the sun lately because of the weather. Living in Florida I always use sunscreen, I do not bake in the sun, but it’s nice to have a little color. I couldn’t easily do that with a little touch of bronzer.I’m going right back to Amazon and order two more bottles. At under $8 this is an unbelievable find. I think once you find the right shade you will be happy but at this price you can buy two and mix them if they’re not quite right. Very happy!! (Will add to review again next day after 8 hours of wear)

I am new to face makeup so I donât feel qualified to rate this product with no comparisons. I do like it and it is a match for my olive skin. Needs blending (I used a makeup brush) especially since I am old and it emphasizes wrinkles otherwise. Lovely once blended. No untoward reactions to this product and I am sensitive.

I always have allergic reactions to other brands but mineral fusion is my go to for foundation and all make up products. It is fantastic quality and no chemicals, so itâs safe to use. Itâs my favorite make up brand on the market. The foundation provides full coverage.I use the liquid foundation as a base cover and then the powder foundation on top and itâs absolutely perfect to cover any blemishes.Thank you mineral fusion for providing such a great product.
