Low irritation for sensitive skin
I have sensitive and rosacea and was able to use this and not experience any irritation. I used exactly as instructed and while I felt a little tingling with the step 1 serum I didnât feel anything with the mask from step 2.

It burned
I hesitated to write this review because I never had a bad experience with face masks or serums. I ordered the 3000ppm which I wasn’t aware of is like the recommended second step after getting used to 1000!I have pretty sensitive skin and I moved a few years ago to a place with seasons, originally I’m from a place where there really isn’t much of a change in seasons.So… my skin has been super dry recently.This comes in a four-pack, the top of the mask has a little section with the cream that you can cut off and use. The packaging is ingenious because there’s wo treatments in one pack, it saves space. The cream is pretty strong too and it honestly tingled on my skin, a lot. After absorbing the cream, which can take a little bit of time, It’s time for the mask.The mask is the fun part, it comes in two separate pieces and it feels like coconut jelly, If I grab it too hard it’ll just rip! and it feels so good too. My forehead is super narrow so it went up to my hair line but it was alright. The holes for the eye sand mouth are of course pre-made but for some reason it was a little harder to get it around, maybe the holes were a little tighter than usual. It also kept slipping too until it dried.I waited over 30 minutes for it to dry out and yes, it does change color and you will be able to tell that it is used up.However, during this process, it burned. I thought a nice tingle was good, but I guess in hindsight it kind of a burn. I took it off and tried to go to sleep, only to realize that my skin was still burning and perhaps it was getting worse. I washed my face off, felt better and went to sleep. Luckily my face was fine the next day and it wasn’t red.I guess for people who have very sensitive skin it’s good to start with a low dosage to see if it works.I think my skin hasn’t quite been the same since and it’s been about 3 weeks. It now hurts when I put on stronger toners. I never had any pain before using this, only slight tingles.So I think it’s just me, overall I think it’s a great self-care gift. It’s a whole routine and I love it, but just be ware if you have sensitive skin

Love the 2-piece gel mask!
I enjoyed using this Mediheal Collagen Spicule Pore Care System. Earlier in the day I dermaplaned my face. I figured this was the perfect day to give it a try since dermaplaning is supposed to help your skin products absorb better. I applied the serum first and it tingled a lot. There was more than enough of the serum so I ended up rubbing some on my neck and decolletage as well. Once that had dried it was time for the gel mask. It came in two pieces which is so much easier to apply than a single piece. It fit my face well and was easy to arrange in place. It was not dripping in moisture like some masks I have used. I did not have any moisture get into my eyes. I was able to keep my eyes open and work on my computer and phone with the gel mask on my face. Again, something I can’t do with all masks. It stayed in place perfectly. I left it on for longer than specified. It turned transparent like they said it would so I knew it was safe to take it off. My face felt so very soft and hydrated. I can’t tell a difference in my pores yet. I still have 3 more sets to use so maybe by the time I use all of them I will.

First you apply serum which has a tingling effect and then the mask. My pores definitely look smaller and much better! Overall itâs an easy system to use and well worth the price

Great mask
This is a really nice mask set. It comes with a little serum ampule that has the tingly feeling when you put it on your skin. The mask leaves my skin feeling very soft and hydrated. The tingling feeling might be too intense for some people, but I am pretty used to it by now. itâs a really nice mask set

Pore tightening masks!
I was a bit hesitant to try spicule masks since I heard they could feel prickly, which is why I chose Step 1 because itâs milder. However, it actually felt fine and worked great. I applied the ampoule first and then put the mask on for 30 minutes. After using the mask, I immediately felt my skin tighten, and the effect lasted until the next day. The small pouch contains a generous amount of ampoule, so I was able to use it two more times after the mask. Even without the mask, the ampoule itself is fantastic. I love these masks and will definitely keep using them.

Disappointed with Quality Control
I purchased 2 boxes of these mask packs, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.Each box contains 4 masks, and so far, Iâve used 3. Every single one of them has had defects. Two masks had large tears near the forehead area, and the third had a tear near the nose.Itâs frustrating to open a new product only to find it unusable. Definitely not worth the money. I will not be repurchasing or recommending this product.
