When I tell you that my hair was looking so trashy I mean that it looked the color of burnt orange months after hilighting. I couldnât run my fingers through it. Definitely too much protein, copper, hard water, product build up, negative emotions toward it lol! It was struggle hair that barely held bleach, dried in 5 mins & mind you I have a ton of hair.I used this first time today by shampooing first with my moisturizing poo w baking soda to chelate my hair. Then blotted with a tshirt & added the crystal packet in 2 increments- one for scalp for length. Gently pour crystals into palm and add tiny bit of water to activate & rub hands together until sudsy then scrunch into hair scalp. It actually creates a beautiful smooth lather that I brushed thru w my boars brush. Wait 5 mins , rinse, shampoo, blot hair & add miracle recovery. Not much in there so distribute more to mid down. Brush thru wait 5-20 mins depending on damage. Rinse, add conditioner, rinse finally w diluted acv.Phew lol itâs a lot however Iâm about to hilight my hair so this is 3 day before prepping my hair.Shocking part was I could SMELL the metals as I was using the crystal treatment!!!!!!!!!! Left my hair bright & gorgeous Iâm in love!!!!!

Perfect for pool hair
I am giving this 4 starts because I feel like you need two packs for longer hair. My daughter lives in the pool all summer and when she went to the salon before school started, hardly any of her color processed due to the film on her hair from the pool. We did a few of these treatments and her hair texture is 100% better and her next appointment her hair processed perfectly!

Results were not what I expected
Let me state that I have very hard water in my area, so this rating is based on the results of the product, not the product itself. The reviews raved about this product, so don’t make your decision on this review along. I’m not sure if I used it incorrectly or if the product just did not work or if I should invest and try it several times. My hair still has a blonde hue to it and it seems the it brought it out even more as apposed to eliminating the minerals in my hair. The conditioner did not make it any softer. I would add a picture, but I should have taken it before I blew dry my hair, because it looks super light. I’ll keep looking for something that works.

Better than leave in conditioner
I tried this because we do have very harsh water, i was skeptical that it wouldnât be enough product bc my hair is so long and thick but it distributes very easily. I didnât think Iâd be able to tell a difference between this and leave in conditioner but I could.Leave in just takes the knots out, and leaves my hair smooth.This took knots out, left my hair SOFT, it felt like it took off some rough build up on each and every strand, my hair has split ends and damage from heat so it has âfly awaysâ that stick up and this pushed them down to blend in with the rest of my hair.Iâd say it last about a week and a half after using it before needing it again if you constantly use harsh water.

This stuff is amazing I have well/ hard water and all the stuff in the water sticks to my hair. This product has made it possible for me to go to the hair salon and feel comfortable and safe that the products they put on my head wonât cause a chemical burn. It strips the hard water out of my hair and it leaves my hair feeling soft and new. I will continue to use this with the shampoo and conditioner
