Feels Great Under Eyes
I liked having deep set eyes when I was young, but as a mature woman in her seventh decade, I now struggle with puffy eyes with dark circles. I have used light medium shade of concealer for the past fifteen years in order to lighten up the dark circles. My dry eyes have become sensitive to some concealers so I thought I’d try a 20 ml jar of Dark Circle Corrector, Yellow Tinted Color-Correcting Cream,for Light-Medium Skin Tones, from the Lumin Store. I don’t have many fine lines but liked the dual purpose of this cream, not only to tackle blue and purple under-eye shadows, but how the cream treats the skin with Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Licorice Root Extract, and Caffeine. The pump design of the jar is helpful to me and I like the feeling of my undereye skin tightening after applying it. This is not a concealer though and it does not conceal, instead, it prepares my undereye for an light application of my favorite concealer. I certainly like this yellow tinted correcting cream and have permanently added it to my beauty regimine. I give this product by Lumin a big 5 stars!

I applied this to one eye to get a before and after and the treated eye was noticeably yellow and I did not feel this was able to conceal the dark circles as promised.

Did nothing for my dark circles; might work as a cc cream
This product was a bust for me. Granted, I have dark circles that no treatment or product has ever been able to tackle – concealers, creams, patches, lightening treatments, rollers, whatever – but I hoped this might at least make them less noticeable.It did not do anything. The yellowish tint is on track and in theory should work (there are plenty of tutorials out there on the way to use correctors) but just did not for me. I followed the instructions to use 1 pump, which seemed like an awful lot of product for both eyes. I had to wipe it off because it would not absorb completely and the excess got on my skin area instead of the under eye. The product was noticeable in my tiny eye crinkles and just did not look good. It looked very obvious like I’d sprayed self-tanner or Tang powder under my eyes.However, I think I can still use this as a color corrector cream. It’s a silky, non-greasy formula that did not irritate my skin or cause any redness.
