L’Oreal Paris makeup powder foundation has been a game changer to my daily make up routine. I am totally sold on this powder. It is long lasting, waterproof, lightweight and covers great. Powder is wonderful to cover any blemish you may have. I apply on top of my foundation which makes my skin look smooth. Powder works with normal to oily skin who want their makeup to last all day.

Fantastic foundation but poor durability
TLDR: The quality of the foundation surpassed my expectations, but I was let down by how fragile the packaging is.I am far from a beauty guru; I have only ever used drugstore foundations, all of which have been fine but nothing amazing. I purchased this hoping that it would give me at least some coverage and would help me not look like an oily cretin for as long as possible after application. What I got was a foundation with incredibly buildable coverage (seriously, I’ve had to start applying blush for the first time in my life to add color back to my face), and I still look great at the end of the day without having to reapply. Also, it’s lightweight and incredibly comfortable to wear. It’s the best quality foundation I’ve ever used, and I’m so pleased with that aspect of it.HOWEVER, the product crumbled within just a few uses. In fact, I knew from reading other reviews that that was a potential issue and have handled it with great care; it has only ever been in my makeup bag at home (not getting knocked around in a purse or something) and I’ve handled it quite gently. Yet, after using it about 5 times, it cracked. I have been able to salvage it for now by putting it into another container and crushing it to use as a loose powder, but its durability has been disappointing.Overall, I would purchase it again with the expectation that it won’t last as a pressed powder.

LOTS of coverage from a powder foundation!
I love trying out new makeup products and I kept seeing this L’Oreal Paris Infallible Powder Foundation on TikTok. The reviews were raving and the results looked impressive so I decided to give it a try and this is my honest review.So my skin type is combination, super oily usually but can easily get dry/flakey with retinol use, sensitive, uneven tone, large pores, acne prone and acne scarring. I usually use a very light powder over my liquid foundation because powders tend to collect in my scars/pores so I was a bit nervous about this product.The price is fair, the color matched the pictures and my skin (I got true beige), the compact is good quality but I ended up swapping out the applicator for a different one (I like more of a cushioned dry flat puff and the one that comes with it is kind of like a Beauty Blender material).This applies VERY thick and a little goes a long way. Just a little bit of it is able to blur my imperfections and redness easily. The end result is similar to using a full coverage liquid foundation which is so impressive.I will say, with my skin dryness I can’t really use this alone or it will really accentuate my flakiness. And with my oily skin it does cake in creases unless I use my setting spray. There is a bit of finesse to finding the perfect way to apply it and it changes for me every day depending on my current skin state. But this is a super quick and easy way to get full coverage on days where I’m in a rush.I usually apply my moisturizer, then primer, then liquid foundation, then I VERY lightly apply this on top. Or if I’m super lazy I just skip the liquid foundation and put this on a little heavier (as long as my skin isn’t dry/flaking that day).If you are looking for a full coverage powder, I would HIGHLY recommend this one. I am impressed by the pigment and power of this little compact. I have purchased it multiple times now.Hope this helps!

El producto es súper bonito y a un muy buen precio! En lo que sí me quedé sorprendida fue en la forma en que viene empaquetado el producto, viene sin mayor o ninguna protección es por eso que el producto a la hora que uno lo abre y lo usa se quiebra (ojo) no es el producto sino la forma en que lo empaquetan. Tuve que ir a comprar uno a la tienda y si grande la diferencia 👍🏻
