    Rich Lady Skin
This stuff is great. I have exceptionally dry skin exacerbated by my environment. Glassy Pearl Éclat looks great on my (extremely pale, muted olive) skin tone, and it leaves a gorgeous, weightless sheen. Not sticky! Not weird feeling on the skin! You are just suddenly reflective. Hello mirror, I too am a mirror now. Definitely gives the super glossy skin you see on people with boatloads of money. Highly recommend.

    Very pretty highlighter
I saw this being used by an influencer online and decided to try it. It is a lovely highlighter. It glides on easily and blends well. Very pretty product!

    This is not a highlighter
With all the L’Oreal Lumi products I have used, this has been the most disappointing. I love the other lumi products, including the blush. This is great for someone very young and doesn’t wear Foundation. It is more of a gloss then a actual shine. The product was broken as soon as I pulled off the lid as well.

    Natural highlight
I was hesitant to try the new L’Oréal Glass Highlighter since I have a deeper skin tone, but it exceeded my expectations! It gives my skin a stunning, glassy finish without looking ashy. I use it over my blush, under my brows, and on my nose for a subtle, natural highlight. It layers beautifully without disturbing my blush, which is a huge plus. Bonus: it lasts for about 7 hours! Definitely melanin-approved.

Definitely the glass effect but it’s greasy. Glass skin seems like oily looking skin.
I ordered the L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Le Glass Highlighter Stick, Reflective, Translucent, Glassy Highlighter for Face and Body, 620 Pink Ballet, 0.25 Oz. My skin is over 40, and it tends to be very dry. My focus has been hydration without breaking myself out, and when I’m very moisturized I have the glassy looking skin. But what’s funny is this whole “glass skin” thing is just an oily skin look, and I find that hilarious. Why was this fad with verbiage not a thing when I was young and oily? I could have just caked on some powder around my smile lines and let the rest of my face look “glassy”. Anyway, When I ordered this I wasn’t exactly sure what to get because with all the color variations. When looking at the model’s hands and the color, It looks like half of them would not have a mica looking/highlight pigment and the others would. The rose color one that I received looks like a rose color in the tube. The stick actually was broken when I first opened it and was stuck to the lid, but when I eventually used it that day it had melted back into the applicator so that’s good. Even if it stayed broken, it’s obviously still usable but that was interesting since it was telling me it was broken then just kidding. When I put it on I immediately wasn’t expecting for it to be so greasy. When I was looking in the mirror I honestly couldn’t even see it as no pigment showed up in my bathroom lighting, and all I could feel was a greasy feeling where I placed it. Then I left the house and looked in the mirrors in my car, and that’s when I noticed it absolutely had the glass “oily face” effect where I placed it on my face. So, wherever you place it it looks moisturized, but it does feel a little greasy. I did not put foundation on that day as I rarely wear it so this was my experience without placing it on top of makeup. Because it is greasy and doesn’t really settle in, it seems like it would be easy to wipe it off if you touch your face a lot. It’s nothing like a white highlighter that typically is dry on your face, and it just gives off the effect that your face is highly moisturized and shiny wherever you place it. Since the one I ordered didn’t look like one of the colors that had a white highlighter type in it, I am not sure what those would look like since mine is completely translucent. I would be highly interested in trying one of those colors to see, though. Overall, it seems like this product did what it is supposed to do, but just know having a glass face means it is an oily feeling so I’m assuming those with oily skin would not be happy with the one I ordered, but other types may, thank you.

    Very pretty highlighter!
Very subtle but gives a very nice natural highlight. I put on first around eyes and tops of cheekbones and then put tinted serum on and it was a pretty no make up look

    hardly any product
mine came broken and it was all in the lid, but that was how I was able to see how little actual product you get with this thing

    Creamy highlighter
This highlighter goes on smooth and has a creamy texture. I got the Sparkling Rose shade which leaves a bit of glittery shine when applied. I’m in my 40’s, so I’m not sure this is a flattering shade for me. I have only recently started wearing highlighter at the suggestion of my daughter who says my “aging skin” needs less of a powdered, matte look and more of a moisturized, dewey appearance. She convinced me I need highlighter on my cheekbones and bridge of my nose… I honestly don’t care for the liquid makeups because I feel too shiny, and always associate being shiny with looking sweaty. I have to resist the urge not to pull out my powder compact and touch up the shiny areas, which would defeat the purpose of using this highlighter. I read some reviews about the poor packaging, but I did not experience that. My highlight stick arrived completely intact and perfect condition. I could see where it’s a fragile product- softer texture, the opposite of crayon-like. I just swipe a little on and blend it with my fingers. I did take off a star because I feel it’s priced high at around twelve bucks for a small amount of product. Due to it’s creamy texture, it will be used up faster than a more solid stick. I might give this highlighter another try, but in a different color.
