The only hair color I’ll ever use!
I’ve been using this shade of Feria for over 20 years now. I’ve tried a few other brands a few times over the years, and always been disappointed with the results, even with other lines from L’Oréal. None of them can come close to matching the gorgeous copper of this one! Most barely even make my hair red at all. My hair has darkened over the years, so I’ve started having to add more highlights to still get that same gorgeous brightness, but that isn’t the hair color’s fault. The smell has remained pleasant and not overwhelming throughout the decades, which I am very grateful for. I am pretty sensitive to chemicals, especially fragrances, but this one has never bothered me. I’ve never had a skin reaction from it either. I even used it on my kids when I had some left over a couple of times when I had shorter hairstyles, and it didn’t cause any harm to them or their hair.I am especially pleased with how much is included. With other brands, I’ve run out before getting all of my hair done. Only once have I barely had enough to finish all my hair, and that was when it had gotten long enough to reach below my butt and I didn’t have it layered. The shampoo and conditioner come in ample amounts as well. I have enough to get 3 weeks out of the shampoo and 6 weeks out of the conditioner. I use them sparingly once a week, and it’s plenty to keep my hair soft and gorgeous. The scent of them sticks around for days every time.Like the title says, this is the only hair color I’ll ever use for the rest of my life, and I truly hope they never change it in any way. Most companies take something that works perfect and mess with it until it sucks. L’Oréal has done right by their customers in not trying to fix what isn’t broken and maintaining consistency for over 2 decades! 👏👏👏

    Safe for Pre-Lightened Hair !!
This review is long, but if you’re truly interested in this color and worried about how it may take to treated hair (which I was, I had to hunt for a review on hair that was already bleached before and it was still much darker than mine) then I promise it’s worth it!! A briefer review for people who do not care: good product, I found it easy to use (I put all of the steps into a bowl and used a mix of both a brush and my hands), it is messy!! I thought that was just some people being unprepared for how messy hair dye is, but it is a very thin formula that can splatter so easily. There are warnings on the top of the box when you open it to make sure you get all of the product out from each thing, and I did exactly that, so the end result (it was on for a bit longer than 25 minutes, maybe 45 at the most) is the two reds. One is wet, one is dry. I can’t say anything about how long it lasts, because I don’t really mind having to touch up that much, but do put a towel over your pillow for the first couple days after dyeing.Okay, so I’ve been bleaching and coloring my own hair at home (with help when needed) for about two years now, and I don’t really use box dyes because I love the bright colors of Manic Panic dyes. I tried them for one color and it became my go-to. I’ve wanted to go to a dark red for a good while, but Manic Panic doesn’t have any colors like that that I thought were close to what I wanted. If your end color goal is Lee Chaeryeong from ITZY (when she had red hair), stick with me because that was my goal, and I actually feel pretty happy with the result. My biggest concern when looking for a dye was the fact that box dye is kind of meant to be visible over dark hair. I have light hair, and I didn’t want it to be super bright when that wasn’t what my goal was. I’m literally ONLY leaving this review because of the fact that I couldn’t find ANY that were over pre-treated hair! I found one YouTube review and I decided that that was my sign, so over two days I got the pink out of my hair and dyed it. If you’re just looking to see if it’ll work over bleached hair, it works perfectly fine (I’m pretty sure, my starting hair wasn’t exactly blonde but it was light enough that I am so, so sure it’ll work fine), but I did accidentally leave it on for a little more than the instructions say to! Okay, if you’re still reading this (honestly I know nobody is but I do not care) and have a bright color you’re changing from, this is what I’m here for. So I started with that bright pink in the picture where my face is halfway in frame, and then I tried some at-home color removal tricks to see if they would help; they didn’t, so I resorted to shampooing two, maybe three times for long periods and rinsed with hot water. That’s where you get to the pictures where I’m holding up the front and then showing the back- not good pictures, but you get the idea. The pink was clinging to the front pieces of my hair, but it had rinsed fine everywhere else, so the last stage of getting my hair prepped to have a dark (and not pinky) red was to use toner on my whole head. I actually don’t remember what level of the Wella toner I used, but I think it was either a) exactly the one that people recommend online for blonde, or b) something really close. I left that on for the correct amount of time and rinsed with some still-pink and mostly kind of purple and grey toned hair, which was good enough for me because I just wanted no yellow undertones if possible. That picture is the one where my hair is almost purple and silver. The next two are the results, the wet hair is right after I finished getting the dye out of my hair and the dry one is right after waking up. I KNOW that that was a LOT, but I really need a lot of guidance myself, so if I can kind of help anyone else like that I’d like to try. OK bye

    Great coverage
This gives me great coverage and color. I have long hair, not fine, and this does my whole head no questions asked. I love the color and it lasts me a good 3 plus months. I like that I have found this and do not have to pay 175 dollars to get my hair done anymore. Prices have gond up to rediculous. I have kind of a sensitive scalp and this by no means bothers me at all. Thank you

Not what the box says: it lightens!
I wanted a deep cool violet. I got weird lighter result. This made my hair LIGHTER not darker. It also colored VERY uneven so I have little clumps of very purple hairs around my ears, but on too of my head it was lightened not the dark purple I wanted and expected. I liked the scent of the oil packet. The grey coverage was decent. But I won’t buy this again. The color simply is not what the box claims.

    Beautiful Color
****1st and 2nd photos are the results of Cherry Red and the 3rd is my original red before I colored over*****I had a very vibrant red before using Cherry Crush, but I had to tone it down for my job. I left it in for about 15 minutes from roots to mid-shaft and around 10 minutes on my ends, then followed up with the shampoo and conditioner which were very moisturizing. The 1st and 2nd photos are my results and I am very happy.I originally colored over my vibrant color with L’Oréal True Reds in Cherry Chroma, but it was severely damaging and I had to cut off about 3 inches of my hair. This color was exactly the same only I did not experience any damage and will continue to buy.

    Not Really Reddish
I was trying to cover up my highlights, so I expected nothing on my dark brown hair. The blonde highlights ended up a very light brown with no reddish hue at all. It’s a pretty color, but nothing like on the box. I still like the results, even though it’s not what I wanted, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

I have got so many compliments on this hair colour and even for me I love it. The solution was bright red which scared me but it dyed my hair a very nice purple/red. I’m already buying another box just to have it. I found my new hair color. My hair is original blackish with bright blonde routes so it went into a really cool blend.

I was looking for a cool purplish tone but this one ends up looking more reddish brown after a few washes. I like how it looked like for the first few days but after a week, the original color is gone. I like this brand because it doesn’t stain too easily and easy to use with minimal mess.
